I don't think anyone in the band is all that close with Axl...

Maybe Brain, Tommy, and Dj in the past... but outside of them I always pictured Axl as the boss and everyone else his subordinates.. I think out of anyone in the band right now, Duff is probably the mural party that keeps everyone together... Kinda the foreman, not as powerful as the boss but more powerful than the employees. Oddly enough it seemed that role was previously held by Tommy.
