Last time those 246 users were on when IRS got to the internet the forum went down, and it could happen again if even more users would come online.And besides, no one is supporting the idea. There is no long story, IRS leaked into the internet and those users were online. The forum could not handle so many users so it got reaaaaaallly slow, you couldnt browse the forum, and in the end it went completely down.
