Skid Row is not a hair band. They're metal, especially by the time the 'Slave to the Grind' album was releasd. The only reason this band is considered a 'hair band' among many is probably because of Bach's 'model-poster-boy' looks. Although, music never lies and there's no doubt that Skid Row were far heavier than any of these other bands.

Yeah Skid was way harder edged then the other stuff at the time, there was alot of Metallica in their sound.
