JONEZY
I'll vote for Kurt Cobain. But Dave Grohl is awesome. You could argue that Nirvana didn't hit it BIG until Dave joined the band.I didn't know how great Dave was until I bought the first Foo Fighters album. He is a great talent! Unless I'm wrong, Dave performed all the parts of the 1st Foo Fighters album by himself! GREAT!!
Gash
Cobain. I pretty much think Grohl should stay behind the drums. Edited February 27, 2006 by Gash

twistedthoughts
Nirvana is no longer the first and only thing that comes to mind when his named is mentioned.I always think of this: Hahahaha! That's exactly what I think of. Usually in the following order:1. The No One Knows video - because I remember the first time I heard that song I was driving home from work and had to break out into air drums because the drums in that song pwn y00. Was a surprise to find out it was Dave Grohl!2. Foo Fighters - I think Dave played drums on Everlong and that was the first song I heard where I stopped listening to the vocals/guitars and listened solely to the drums. Another awesome drum song.3. Nirvana - Wasn't Dave in Nirvana? I can't remember.4. Tenacious D - Simply because he contributed to the "Tribute" song which was in the top 10 at the same time as "No One Knows" as well as a Foo Fighters song that I can't remember right now. 3 songs in the top 10 at the same time = awesome. Guest Ohdistortedsmile1789
Kurt was consistently brilliant, Foo Fighters get worse and worse.
