The are totally early 70's--think Zeppelin meets Sabbath meets Uriah Heep meets Deep Purple. Yet they still have their own sound. Killer songs are Colousel and White Unicorn.My absolute favorite this year would have to be Queensryche --Operation Mindcrime II. The heaviest album they have done since the original. They even brought back the Maiden inspired twin guitar solos.
