Axingn'r
This was Axl's first show in LA since the early '90s. It's cool that Izzy was there too !

SWINGTRADER
No big surprise that Izzy showed up. We already knew he would be there for the L.A shows. I don't understand why everybody at HTGTH went apeshit over this? Nerds !
CoolHandLuke
Great show! Very tight. I am very tired and have to get up in 3 hours for work but worth it. I loved the jam sessions while setting up and taking down the piano. The grooves were awesome I hope they have some of this groovey blues stuff on the cd. Axl's voice was spot on but seemed to get rough at the end but he was on top of his game. Izzy was awesome! He stuck around till the end which was cool. Any reports of former gunners in the audience? CoolHandLuke
Obviously, not Slash. But I could see Matt hanging out, watching the show, ready to party, maybe with some of the guys from Camp Freddy. Besides Matt said he and Axl buried the hatchet. Who knows maybe Duff. i don't remember any bad blood between Duff and Axl.

Or have I missed something here?

GNR'R
what would be interesting is if Izzy played on any of the new songsWell a certain member on here who seems very reliable said Izzy co-wrote some of the songs on Chinese DemocracyI find it strange that the day after gnr4tea posted that Ron will be outed and Izzy will join, Izzy comes on for maybe 3 or 4 songs (I don't know if he did the encores too), and has his own solo. And Ron didn't have a solo, not even Don't Cry. Edited December 18, 2006 by GNR'R

When asked if Izzy's appearances in Europe were intended to help Axl, Beta said "Axl doesn't need Izzy". Although Beta is an arrogant person, I don't think she would have said this if Izzy had been writing songs with Axl recently.
