Ace Nova
I probably average somewhere around 6-7 hours sleep on workdays and maybe 7 - 8 when I have off.
RandallFlagg
I used to college all week and work all weekend with literally a 2 hr nap on weekends and maybe 4-6 hours a night in the week, I had a period of going thru every single sleep aid out there, valerian (used to chew 10 with a bottle of wine), diphenhydramine, temazepam, nitrazepam... finally got a long term prescription from the docs and it helps knock me the fuck out 4 days out of 7 but those other days I either get an hour or 2 or just wait for the next time my mind shuts down lol, nothing new since I've been a zombie kinda guy since I was born, I've never desired to fall asleep, I love dreaming and explore lucid dreams quite a bit, it's the process of shutting down I've never been able to compute.. Nulla Lex Ink.
It varies. Uninterrupted I can sleep anywhere from 8 hours to something ridiculous like 13, although the latter only happens if I've been staying awake for long periods of time and forcing myself awake after only a few hours. But for the last year or so I haven't been sleeping at night uninterrupted at all, I always wake up several times a night for whatever reason. Sometimes it's night terrors, sometimes it's just a random thing, but it's usually only for a minute or two. It never affects how I feel during the day, oddly enough, it just happens. During the day I sleep fine though. Although, I don't think I've ever been consistently sleep deprived because I always get at least seven or eight hours whenever I lay down. I've never woke up 2-6 hours afterward unless I set a bunch of alarms or someone wakes me up.
DirtyDeeds
Especially since daylight savings time ended, I've wanted to sleep more and more each day. It's hard to not want to sleep when most of the day is dark.
chevelle
On days I work I get about 5-7 hours of sleep, depending on how bad my 'insomnia' is that night. On days I don't work, I get about 9 or so. No matter how early I wake up or how hard I work during the day, I always become wide awake at night and can't sleep. On top of that, a lot of work nights I end up waking up every few hours, sometimes unable to go back to sleep. It's fun stuff. Chris1989
I went to bed at 11 last night, woke an hour later, then slept until 4.30am. Woke up at 6am and I've been awake since. This is going to be a long day - I'm swimming, attending a sports event camera in hand, then going out for a meal + evening with my lady friend.I swear I'm going to be a zombie by 7pm. arnold layne
I just fucking can't sleep anymore. I fell asleep around 1 AM last night, woke up around 4:30 in the morning, had a slice of pizza and played Nintendo for a few hours before I forced myself to sleep around six. Love hate relationship. I love it when I get a full hibernation, like eleven hours. I hate it when I get two or three every few hours.
