    Holy mother of Satan!!! I totally missed this. The combination of Andrew's voice sound and Slash' guitar sound will be killer!!!! And what a coinscidence...I was driving to work the other day, while listening to Wolfmother. The thought that ran through my mind was how perfect this singer's voice would fit the VR sound and in particular Slash' guitar sound. And now we have him on the solo record!!!!! I bet that song will be my personal favorite.

    Men that would be so fucking cool...!

    They'll be in Rio again for sure, as thay's a safe bet with a large crowd.

    Axl will go on about how he said he'll return with some new songs, some being the key word.

    Axl should show up at some festivals, again, the guarantee of large crowds.

    It'll be interesting to see how the Gn'R specific events work out :D

    Teaming up with another big band might be the safe option ;)

    If the do festivals: please be the surprise act of Rock Werchter this year...

    (Just imagine; Metallica, Coldplay, Oasis, The Killers, The Prodigy, Kings of Leon, Nine Inch Nails, Placebo and as a surprise Guns N' Roses....)

    I'm gonna try to get tickets for the Amsterdam show. But they'll probably sell out in a few minutes.

    Same here.

    Despite the crappy location and the horrible ticket prices.

    I stand corrected on the tickets - 55 euro's for field tix. :shocked:

    Yeah, and the cheapest tickets are only € 30,-.

    But what do you get for € 150,-? A place on the stage?

    AC/DC, Bruce Springsteen, maybe U2. It's gonna be a great music year for me rock3 .

    The € 150,- tickets are for the lower seats at the side of the field...

    But yeah, I will also try to get some tickets...

    No, definitially not. A Led Zeppeling album is only a Led Zeppelin album when ALL (or atleast the majority of the members) have played on it.

    That´s why you can´t call CD a GN´R album, it´s a solo album of Axl.

    Just remember who wrote the intro's of WTTJ, PC and SCOM; GN'R became big because of that guitar work.

    Real funny, but no it's Slash.

    Slash wrote the intro's, solo's etc and Izzy made it as a whole. Cause yeah, you know were Solo and Rhythm stands for? ;)
