  1. Does anyone have ANY idea when this is coming out or if it still is? I've read The Dirt twice in the last week. It truely is the rockers bible and i can't wait for the film!

  2. (I KNOW THIS IS A GNR FORUM BUT THIS IS KINDA GNR RELATED)

Hey guys as most of you know i play and am manager in Guns 2 Roses and i also manage the Motley Crue tribute Motley Scrued.

I am currently looking for a talented singer/actor who can impersonate Vince Neil.

Looks unimportant however figure is. I at least want to keep the bands image to 1989 Dr Feelgood era.

Anyways this spot is available for audition you will step straight into a fully working band and full on tour around the UK and soon Europe. The band also tours with us in Guns 2 Roses. As well as this you will be on a good weekly sum of money and of course like G2R, Motley Scrued are well sorted with a steady supply of hot women. rock3

Someone living around the London area preffered but all taken on board

If you think you could take this on pm me

How the HELL is this GN'R related?

Cos Motley Scrued is involved in the upcoming GNR Day in Liverpool on August 19th so chill young man! :rofl-lol:

Also this section of the forum is for musicans non GNR related as well as GNR tribute etc! rock3

not here for a slatefest guys. if anyone is interested please pm :)

Yea I Know, but YOU said it was Gn'R related, and as fare as I know its NOT.

    GN'R day? :question::monkey:

Ok, he said it's KIND OF Gn'R related. Which it is. 2 tribute bands are playing on the same night. Sounds like a kind of to me. Plus both bands are form 80's hollywood blah blah pwned

  3. to me izzy on stage sort of represented an accepatance of old gnr 2 new gnr.

completely agree. this is a good thing for the band :shades: only adds to their crediblity as Guns N' Fucking Roses.

Holy fuck, there's a 1st for everything. I agree totally. The other ex Gn'R members (if they already haven't) should accept the fact of what Gn'R have become. Even so, i think that's fucking cool of Izzy to get on stage n play with those guys. Fucking ACE! :shades:

  4. You need a time on it. You've got the date sorted but if I saw your flyer and wanted to go I would'nt know what time you were playing.

Exactly. Take a look at the GNR flyers on Live Era.

Thats it, its a myspace.com flyer so i put that pic up and the info below it

Yeah agreed it needs a LOT more work doing to it but hey! not bad for a 10 min paint job. The idea is there...

  5. That red "spray" looks horrible. The pic is cool obviously. It should have more info though, some catchphrase etc. I wouldn't go see you by that flyer alone so you should try to improve the looks and the info.

    My 2 cents.

Thanks for the advice. Yeah, i made it in paint. It looks tacky haha. But the idea is simple. Put a naked chick on a poster and people will notice it! So it's a basic idea til we make a better one

  6. hola, as some of you may know i split from the mrs and have a spare weekend ticket with camping for download available. i aint gonna try and make a profit on it or anything and just sell it for the amount i bought it for. so if any of you lovely people would like to buy it off me then wicked. PM me if you wanna talk serious about it.

Dude i'll buy it! I ain't gettin kinky in no tent with you though

  7. Guns N’Roses have done what many people doubted would ever happen – they’ve got through a gig together.

The band – now only compromising of one original member, singer Axl Rose – played a two-hour plus set at the first night of their four-show residency at New York’s Hammerstein Ballroom on Friday night.

Several aborted comebacks and the eternally delayed new album ‘Chinese Democracy’ raised suspicions Guns N’Roses would never take to the stage again, but the new eight-man line-up successfully got through their opening night.

They unveiled six songs from their upcoming album, and New York Times reviewer Ben Ratliff reports, “Mr. Rose’s voice sounded strong, even in his highest nasal shrieks, but the band wasn’t using the warm-up time to experiment.”
