I'd love to hear estranged, someone in a review said that the new band played it at one of the Hong Kong shows but it was a shortened version, i haven't spotted the Hong kong shows in the download sections and the review might've been lying but if it is true will someone let me know??

Yeah, that was a pretty lame joke, Only kidding dude. That movie is actually quite funny. there was a time when kids Movies were works of art and were genuinely funny and really endearing to watch i.e The Jungle Book, but it's all gotten too corporate and overtly politically correct. kids movies these days suck. shrek is the nly recent one i can think of that made me laugh and that was just because it was a blatant satire. Movies for children have lost their magic. they should stop trying to make them because it's all been done before. Just let them watch the classics when they're youn instead, god knows there are enough of them

I think it was 10.99 actually, there must've been a sale on or something. i have heard that fopp is more reasonable but the majority of fopp stores this side of the border are quite small and don't have as great a aelection as HMV, still, will keep an eye out, next time i am down!

it's an awesome song and the title is great, I just wnted to know why is it called Madagascar? I mean the lyrics have absolutely nothing to do with the island... Unless madagascar has another meaning.

I think the 2002 tour was about checking out the market. If people liked songs like silkworms...they where gonna keep more of those kinda songs to the album. If they liked more songs like the blues and maddy....wich is the case. The album will take a turn in that direction.

The album will probably have all veriations of songs we have heard. And they all are gonna be top of the line of what they are trying to achive.

But those are some cool lyrics. And the song kicks ass....can't wait to get a good version of it.....if chidem only was IRS It would still be worth it

Would anyone who has posted here actually get tickets and go to rio to see them anyway?? It would be just another live show on DVD with the new band otherwise, all very nice but nothing nearly as good as seeing them live, a world tour announcement would be far better.

All the same though...if it's improvising that he wants to do then he should seriously consider re-improvising the version of the november rain solo that he plays. his previous version contained to many wrong notes for the key he was in and that really annoyed me, plus it wasn't quite as epic as the original, if he wants to redo it fine by me but please, redo it well. His version of the SCOM solo was quite good though, I just prefer richard, the guy at least looks like he wants to be there.

I take that back, i just saw Finck's NR solo on the Albany show for the first time.. the guy was magic, and so emotional...Robin Finck, you have redeemed yourself, you belong in GNR.

Yeah he also played in munich in the stadium where AC/DC recorded their Stiff Upper Lip DVD you can see it on the estranged video

The actual song, chinese democracy is about the persecution of the falun gong who are a banned religious movement who preach peace snd democracy. The chinese government captures tortues and kills them for it, it is very sick.

Neither.. it's like a massive park except it's on a slope which makes it a natural amphitheratre, There's a castle at the top of the hill and the loch is at the bottom, the stage is between the crowd and the water. There are a few big trees as well so some audience members like to climb up there and then watch the gig from the branches. It's a really coll place and the hill is massive. When we were younger my cousins and me used to like to lie on our sides and roll down the hill, it was fun.
