The reason im posting about this is that I just watched this performance for the first time in a while but after so many times of watching it....it still gives me them chills that you get during a great Axl/band performance. Im sure you know the feeling. I dont know exactly what it is but the Opening notes to jungle, 200,000 people going fucking crazy. Many tears shed at Axls return after 8 years. Then you here "DO YOU KNOW WHERE THE FUCK YOU ARE" in its most powerful form and the music hits.

Im not joking, this is one of the best jungle performances in the history of GNR. Not many people will agree with me but i stand by my word. Axls stays consistant through the whole song, vocals strong, screams are amazing and the band are flawless too. The energy and atmosphere on stage is at his highest peek compared to any peformance from GNR old or new that ive PERSONALLY ever seen.

This performance proves the new axl of the 00's still has the gift to perform if he can push himself and risk blowing the shit out his voice. Anyone else agree this is probably if not, one of the best GNR performances from the new band?

Have guns ever actually done a gig in scotland before? if so i would like very much to see a bootleg from it!!! scottish audiences are always great and i'd love to see the way that the band responded to them

If Axl wants to tour then Guns will tour, Axl has said he wants to tour so therefore Guuns N Roses will tour again

Forget about them playing at the SECC or the carling academy!! Guns Should Go all out and play Loch Lomondside, it's got the largest capacity in scotland and the whole presence of the place is just incredible.

Most acts who've played there have done legendary gigs,

If the gunners were to play there then it would be an event i'd never forget and even if i didn't get a ticket, i'd still be able to enjoy it because my aunt's back garden backs onto the venue and she's got a very low fence.

I agree with the very first post, Guns n roses has come into a new incarnation and no matter what, it's still guns and i'm not prepared to let it go no matter whatt direction axl takes it in,

2 be honest i don't really notice him, esp. in WTTJ when he plays the bongo, it doesn't make a tad of difference to the way it sounds but if it makes him feel useful then what the hell?

I think that Axl expected to release the album at the end of the tour but then someone killed the mood because they wouldn't let him into a party with a fur coat on after the MSG gig and that threw Axl into a terrible mood and he didn't feel like doing anything anymore. That came out of the article in Q magazine though so it may be a lot of bull!

So, what's Axl gonna tell the nugnr dudes, Sorry you're out of a job because these guys are rejoining? If i was finck or Brain i'd be exceptionally pissed off, Don't get me wrong, i'd love to see the return of the old band but if i was one of the guys who had worked on CD for years whilst slash and Duff and Izzy pised off to do their own thing then I would be really annoyed if i just got chucked out when they came running back.

As for moving in new directions with this album, can only be a good thing!!!

Axl Rose is the dude, if some of his songs are inspired by queen that can only be the work of Brian May. and slash and Axl have finally dropped the offensive, this totally rocks!! i might be getting ahead of myself but we should all praise the good Mr rose for emerging from his coccoon like a silkworm and spinning these silver threads of info. (sorry for the awful pun!)

Let's justt see what the line up is like when Axl brings out the big guns, who knows, maybe Finck is gone!! (i watched rock in rio 3 the other night and got reallyfed up with his performance.
