That's Fitzpatrick, yeah he works for Tracii.
I like LAG but I definitely couldn't name any of their crew. Would knowing who that guy is be the Gn'R nerd equivalent of us knowing who Beta, Fernando etc are?

Dude, that's the first thing that entered my mind when I saw that pic.
Ha. Yeah if anything it makes the picture funnier. If I had paid for it I might not like it but for free on the street,by their van before the show,it is what it is.

Nah. I wish I could go back to being as young as I was in the Adler photo 20 years ago though. I am sure my Slash and Axl pics are on here. Buckethead too. But at some point I'll make a thread of everyone together. I'm lucky to have met so many. There's massive fans in places some of these members will never play. Or if they do,the tickets are too expensive. Never got into when people claim they are bigger fans. We're all fans and someone isn't less of one because they can't afford something. I get a kick out of seeing and reading other fans stories of meeting our favorite band.

Why wouldn't he sign stuff?
Seems a bit miserable, when you've got a fan stood in front of you, not to do that?
His choice of course, and he's not obliged to.....but stuff like that I just don't understand.
A few reasons. Both he and Phil think mostly everything is for eBay. Even though a few fans asked him to personalize the autograph with their name. Now I'm no expert but I don't think an LAG autograph is worth that much unless it's a classic lineup signed piece (Phil, Tracii, Kelly, Mick and the recently passed Steve Riley)
Also, they sell a meet and greet for $135 (ticket not included)
VIP Experience Includes:
VIP Laminate
Signed Glossy Photo
One Personal Item Signed (A signed guitar is $100 extra in cash, no exceptions)

I've posted a few on here. If we get to a few months of not much Gn'R activity maybe I'll post all in one thread. Or when I get to 20 members!

Cool, but why didn’t you take off your sunglasses 😎?
I think that's the ghost of Robin Williams that photo bombed me. I believe he works for L.A. Guns.

I now have pics with Axl,Slash,Duff,Adler,Dizzy,Matt, Tommy,Brain,Melissa,Fortus,Josh Freese, Pitman,Dj Ashba, Bumblefoot,Buckethead , Frank, Gilby and Tracii Guns.
I just remembered I also have a photo with Teddy Zig Zag but I'm keeping my count at 18 members.
LA Guns are playing here tonight opening for KK's Priest. Took me a few shows to get Tracii to take the photo with me. Buckethead took less time! But the way I see it is I'm waiting to meet them, they aren't waiting to meet me. Tracii didn't wanna sign any autographs but I already had one of his from a few years ago.

I’ll be bummed if it’s just like the 12-15 obvious US cities.
Blues Ball played clubs, wonder what venue size it’ll be.
It probably isn't just from the venue I posted that leaked. Lewiston,NY is still a good half hour from Buffalo, NY. So that's definitely not an obvious city even though Buffalo is the second biggest city in New York State. The venue depending on what portion it's held in can hold upwards of 10,000 people or around 2 ,500/4,500(if the lawn is open for the smaller stage )
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Earl_W._Brydges_Artpark_State_Park
I don't think a tour like this with Keb Mo and ZZ Ward as openers (assuming the "hosts" for the leaked show are correct) will exactly play obscure places so I'd guess all the usual big cities will be included along with some places like Lewiston. Unless Keb Mo and ZZ Ward are bigger openers than I thought.

Teddy Zig Zag is involved. I fear that he will be the vocalist for the tour. Teh Blues ball was cool and all but he was fucking terrible on vocals.. Please don't fuck this up Slash! lol
Zero chance he's the singer. See my post above. I have heard of the names Keb Mo and ZZ Ward. I assume they are the openers of whatever The S.E.R.P.E.N.T. festival is . Also I'm not assuming Myles is the singer this tour just because the venue used a SMKC photo.

RS article mentioned that Slash will announce a world tour next week in support of the album. I really hope it's not more Myles....
This local date near me was posted by the venue. The other "hosts" are Keb Mo and ZZ Ward. It appears they have since deleted the post. Too late.

I do. Pawnshop guitars is one of the best solo efforts from a Gn'R member. If someone can link me to something Fortus has written that's as good, I'll listen. If you mean as far as playing on stage with Gn'R there's tons of people that could do what Fortus does.

I only know IBIATCL but that song rips. If Adam Lambert leaves faux Queen then Hawkins should step in. I have no opinion on his opinion of Axl . I'm gonna need that sweet sweet Team Brazil cash to swing swing from Axl's nether region as many do on here but it's a moot point unless Fernando grants you party passes.

What was the crowd reaction like for those who were there? I'm not talking about the rail crew and online fans still waiting to hear Breakdown but the general audience reactions.

I wouldn't pay money to spend time with anyone. You don't want to meet me? Fine, no problem.
But charging me, be it for a meet and greet, signing, online chat, whatever...I've always found that just weird. I'm not some sort of underling desperate to have just a few seconds of your time!
I remember at shows years ago , bands would sell a cd at their merch booth and then sign it afterwards. To me, that's fair. Good for Finck if he can get this money but $100 for a five minute online chat? Pass. I haven't read enough about this to know if there is charity involved but Finck is presumably a multi millionaire so I doubt he needs the money but as I said, more power to him if fans pay.

Hopefully this means they can press a Chinese record, limited of course.
I doubt that. Best Buy was dumping the vinyl for a few bucks and the CDs ended up at the dollar tree.

To be fair, right now they've exhausted just about every market there is.
So, why not take some time off? But I doubt they'll put out a new album. As much as I'd love that, one final GNR album. I don't think it'll happen.
I think it'll happen. Maybe they owe the record company a new album. Or maybe Axl doesn't wanna go out with Chi Dem being his final album since it was seen as a bomb.

I'd put it above Absurd and below Hard Skool. But it's subjective as people seem to love it here though it probably wouldn't make my 50 favorite Gn'R songs.

I'm ready for gnr to dominate music like it was the late 80's/early 90's all over again with a new, fresh kick ass song. But we'll get a 20 year old jam called PERHAPS and be happy. My plan can still work if Gn'R can get on TOTAL REQUEST LIVE ON MTV with the global world premiere of Perhaps. As long as Lars Ulrich has nothing to sign off on for this video, then we are coming for Jelly Roll,Post Malone and the rest of the Billboard top rock chart !! Chinese Democracy 2(024) STARTS NOW!!

I can list tickets at $1mm if I wanted to. Also. Pit Tickets. There are 1000 pit tickets. There are 45K other tickets ya gotta sell too. Just playin devils advocate here - many decades of music biz life has taught me many things, concert production and ticket sales cycles being two of them.
People here laughed at me when I said the way to increase ticket sales is to play an AFD tour with Izzy and Adler. So,if that's true and it won't sell more tickets, what should they do? I doubt a new album will bring 20,000 more fans per show either. So, what's left,IMO are co headliner stadium tours with bands like Motley. Live Nation probably did great numbers with Motley/Lep/Poison last year. Axl,Slash and Duff have to be rich beyond belief but maybe as an ego thing ,they don't wanna play half empty stadiums. I can't imagine Live Nation will give them however many millions per show next tour in the US if sales are that poor.
Slash's blues album set for May; single out now. SERPENT festival announced

My local show is now $25 as part of the Live Nation concert week promotion so everyone that doesn't have tickets should see if their date is participating. $25 with no added fees is a steal for this lineup.
