  1. I thought the show was the best out of 3 I went to because of all of the rock star commotion and drama onstage and a bunch of songs that I wasn't expecting to hear like Chinese Democracy, Used To Love Her and Think About You. But it is funny, Axl really wasn't kidding about his vocals when he started freaking out about the sound and the mic, it was bad bad bad at that show. I just have to say how funny it is that I went to the show and thought it was the best, but when you hear it in full on the computer it isn't nearly as good. I'm not being negative because I've got recordings of the other two shows I attended (Rock am Ring and Novarock) and they are both fantastic. His voice was bang on then. Just thought this difference was worth commenting on.

  2. GA sucks.

You should not be able to get a better spot simply because you are bigger, stronger and/or more willing to be rude and obnoxious about it.

Why should a pussy like you even be at a GNR concert. CHRIST!!! GNR fans used to be cool. If you cant fight for the front, then you dont deserve the front. I'm not big or obnoxious at all, but I fight hard for the front row everytime I go to a show. Fuck some gay business men who will inevitably take the first 15 rows with their hot retarded girlfriends who think they are cool because they got good seats whjile the real fans watch from a far. And screw you buddy, where's the GNR spirit that existed way back when!

  3. Hopefully the floors are seated so a bunch of business class fags who get free tickets from hook ups dont occupy the first 10-15 rows on the floor. They go to a concert to relive their 80's lives for an hour when the hardcore fans sit in the bleachers...bullshit. GA FLOORS PLEASE!

  4. We are lucky to get presale password from HTGTH just for being part of an unofficial message board. I've never seen that with any other band out there. + It is better than all other presales, because #1 it doesn't cost and money and #2 everybody doesn't have it like radiostation presales. I think we should all give thanks to the people in charge of these presales who help us out like this.

  5. I bet they play Toronto and London, as well as Vancouver, if they aren't banned, and Motreal and Quebec. As for my response to another comment. I'm not joking, I called about the Tom Petty concert in Toronto and they told me about it a week before it was announced. Trust me, that is how you can get concert info first a lot of the time.

  6. HERE IS AN UPDATE AS ALMOST ALL OF THESE BANDS ARE BUSY NOW!

Avenged Sevenfold (Doing a Canadian Tour before September 23)

Trivium (Headlining Tour Across the US in the Fall)

Powerman 5000 (Hope it isn't them but they would be available)

Papa Roach (Touing with HIM in The Fall)

Disturbed (Supposedly doing the Jager tour again in the states)

Queens Of The Stone Age (Writing right now..no current plans)

Army Of Anyone (Releasing a new album soon...Axl and the Deleo's...take that VR!)

Stone Sour (Joining a Disturbed tour)

HIM (Touing North America as headliner in the fall)

Kill Cheerleader (Not a chance but it should be them)

Muse (Great band that is busy, but they are fucking cool, so I mentioned them)

Three Days Grace (Tour Ends in early September)

    Wolfmother (Could be...hope not)

The Panic Channel (Navarro's new band, he likes GNR...who knows)

Shinedown (Touring with Rob Zombie until end of September)

    Buckcherry (Could be him)

Or they could pick a great older band like:

Alice In Chains (Announced a fall headlining tour)

Sebastian Bach (Of course it is possible, but I saw him in Europe and I'd rather see something different)

The Cult (Not touring, could bring back one of the greatest tours ever)

I don't know, a lot of bands are dissapearing quick for them to grab as openers, they better get at least 1 or two really solid opening acts for this tour.

  7. I have no idea what to expect this time around, but last time they did a North American tour it was seated floors and it was totally gay. I really think it should be general admission on the floor, at least this way the true fans have a shot to fight for the front row. With seated floors the first 15 rows are always gone before the onsale, it's bullshit. Anyone else care to comment on this?
