  1. Too many great concerts happening in one city and the addition of the upcoming GNR show will only make it tougher. In September I already have tickets for The Who, The Chilis, Tool, Rancid, and more. Show that are about to be announced are Tom Petty, Aerosmith/Motley Crue, and Iron Maiden, I'll have to go to all fo those. And then the GNR tour, and I'll likely have to go to a lot of GNR shows. I swear by then end of October I'm going to be dead. Sorry, for the rant, I just need somewhere to vent. It's a great time to be in southern Ontario!

  2. You know, this is the third or fourth time I've seen the dates of November 13th and November 14th thrown around as a possible release date. Everytime, the rumour camne from a different wsource. Who knows maybe there is some truth to it this time. I'm going to keep the faith and hope that is the date, I'll book the day off in advance, so I can be the first person to get a copy! Haha.

  3. I can tell you where they'll definitly hit....

    ?????(date unknown)-fleet center in boston

    ???????-MSG new york

    ??????-toronto sky dome

    ??????-some place in minneapolis(?) minnesota

??????-Philidelphia(late, maybe canceled, but sold out)

they wont play at the sky dome (or Roger's Centre as its called now)...they cant sell out a stadium anymore, they're play at the ACC

You never know...the Stones played the Skydome last year. If there is enough hype they could play the Skydome, they need good openers as well! They may play 2 shows at the ACC or a show at the Molson Ampitheatre if it isnt too late in the year.

THE REAL QUESTION ABOUT THE US TOUR IS. WILL HTGTH MEMBERS HAVE A PRESALE LIKE THE NY SHOWS. FUCKIN HOPE SO, WE DESERVE IT!

  4. To answer the questions I got. First the shows were not much different from one another except for the near implosion at Download which was very entertaining. They played similar sets at every shows, but they added songs at Download and Novarock because Izzy showed up for those ones. I got no hastle about my camera at all at any of the 3 shows. I did see security take somebody out Novarock because they were videotaping the show, too bad for him... anyways somebody posted that they would like to see pictures of the other bands. Would you like me to post my pics right here, cause I will if you want them. Let me know. Thanks for commenting on the pics all.

  5. Do any of you expect GNR to be on mainstream radio and to have new music video's when they finally release the album later this year. One would think that they will make a video for at least one song, but I don't know if there would be enough popular demand to push their video's and radio singles to the top of the charts despite the fact that their album will likely sell millions. What do any of you think about this?

  6. OK Here they are:

I took these from the front Row at both concerts. I didn't have any good pictures from Rock am Ring. But I was at the front all 3 days at each festivals and got a lot of pictures of bands like Metallica, Tool, Guns N' Roses, and Alice In Chains among others. If you want any pictures from these shows let me know and I'll be glad to email them. Enjoy.

  7. Hello all.

I just finished uploading my photos from my Europe Trip where I caught GNR 3 times. I saw them at Rock Am Ring in Germany, The Download Festival in England, and at the Novarock Festival in Austria. There are also a ton of photos of the rest of my trip around these festivals, so just look at the bottom and you will easily be able to find the concert photos, there are some good ones in there. Here is the link.

Somebody let me knoe asap if the link works. Thanks.

  8. I'm desperate to get tickets to this show...but not desperate to pay $400 Candian for tickets. Do any of you have extra tickets that you would sell to a diehard whose travelling a long way to witness the GNR Euro tour. Thanks in advance to anyone who responds.

  9. Here is what I don't understand. This thing that was supposed to play the full verion of this song...wtf is it, and when is this song alle3gedly supposed to be released on the net. Thanks to anyone who responds.

  10. I don't care if this is GNR or not, this clip rocks and I want to hear the rest of it. I find my self just listening to the clip over and over. It does distinctly sound like AXl, but you never know it could easily be a fake. All I can say, is that this little clip is better than all the CHINDEM stuff I have heard to date, because it rocks. Better, TWAT, and IRS are all good, and for a time I was really into them, but I just don't feel they are GNR tunes, they don't have that power, that energy that defines the band. This small clip has that energy and I don't even know if it is them. All I can say is, I hope it is GNR because, this sound is what I've been waiting for.

  11. Since GNR there hasn't been one Rock and Roll band to take the world by storm. Sure there have been great bands and many who rivalled their success in the late 80's and early 90's, but weren't the only band that everybody in the world was talking about. That's why GNR is the last great Rock and Roll band.

  12. Throughout the last few years, most of what I have heard about GNR is negative and a pile of unsubstantiated rumours. Tomorrow all that crap gets laid to rest as Axl and the band (hopefully including Izzy) remind the world what rock and roll is all about. So instead of continuing with the Axl bashing trends of the last few years and the rediculous rumours lets celebrate that they are back, it is a great time to be a fan of Guns N' Roses and a fan of Rock and Roll. I was at one of the shows on the 2002 tour, Toronto, and I did have to wait for an hour plus for them to come on stage. I don't resent them for that! The fact that you don't know whether or not they will even show makes me feel even more priviliaged to have the opportunity to see them at all. And you never know what Axl will do! All I want to say is, the rebirth of GNR ( and unfortunately likely a bunch of people saying they love GNR who have been bashing them for years) are upon us. See you at Download, Rock am Ring and Novarock motherfucker, and to the people from New York, enjoy those shows and post about them here.

  13. Awesome, got rid of potential brokers and in reality, every fan who wanted tickets and was willing to invest time searching for a password should've gotten tickets. Were there any of you that still missed out because I was thinking about buying 4 more tickets to the first show as they were available 20 minutes+ after they went on sale. My hat goes off to the people that put this together, unlike yesterday this was a great way for the fans to get the tickets. Any comments on this?
