Axl is the singer, Steven is the drummer.
I understand. Axl was a hypocrite firing someone when he was the biggest ass out of all of them. Even now days he is the worst part of the act in a live setting. From what we have heard Steven may have been a part of the reunion if he had not hurt his back. Then the hypocrite broke his foot in the first show. None of this means nothing to me, I'm just looking in from the outside.

Axl destroyed the band, but Steven got fired. I'll never understand it.

Except for the reunion part it was basically a bash Axl documentary. I'm sure he wouldn't like it if he watched it.

When will this tour stop?
Not In This Lifetime

When you go to a show enjoy it in the moment. If you record a song on your phone and listen to it later your like

SO, another round of 60% GNR, nearly identical set lists, and a possible new cover. Exciting times ..
I feel what you're saying, but it is better than nothing.

I'm honestly more worried about what vocal takes Axl will use. There were several late 90's/early 2000's vocal takes on CD that he really should have re-recorded with his improved mid 2000's vocals. Hell I thought he sounded better on Rock the Rock than a lot of CD. If he has older vocal takes that he wants to use I hope they are from 2004 or later.
I'm sure whatever vocal takes he used were exactly what he wanted to have on CD.

Axl is picking out new hats and leather jackets as we speak.

Gilby did, I believe successfully (settled out of court iirc). Around 1994 about the use of his likeness on the pin ball machine.
Im not sure, but perhaps the use of Adlers likeness was addressed in his initial termination suit?
I agree with you but there are always lots of opinions out there.

New question. Could Steven sue the entity Guns N Roses for using his likeness in support of a band he is not a part of anymore?

During the 90's they played it almost every night.
Sammy said he felt out of place doing it and the lyrics didn't make sense but did it for the fans. I prefer Dave's catalog to Van Hagar but they had good stuff to. I don't know if Van Hagar was as big as Sammy makes them out to be....he says they were the biggest band of that era, and maybe they were. It seems that whole era was big for a lot of bands. It's funny that Sammy is getting more talk than Duff so far in this thread.

Hopefully Duff takes this opportunity to teach us "how to be man".
Better yet, maybe he'll tell us how much money it took for him to look the other way as he and his business partners decided to screw their longtime "friend", Izzy, out of the reunion.
"No seriously. We wanted him to be part of it" [ahem .. as long as he's willing to do it for peanuts]. -Duff
They didn't need him. They already had an Izzy look alike. Hmmmm guess who?

Never cared for Van Halen with Sammy.. Way to sterile and poppy... Sammy might be a cool dude and have a better voice but there is only one Diamond Dave.. Hoping they pull it together for one more tour.. I don't care what condition Dave's voice is in.. I will be shitfaced anyway..
Dave said during their tour, Sammy throws a party....I am the party!

Yup, Vince is in his Fat Elvis era now.
Give Axl a couple more years and a couple more trips to Taco Bell.........
And yes, Sammy still has it!
Elvis still sang very well in his fat era. I think you mean Vince is in his Fat Axl era.
I missed the Axl, taco bell part....but I still stand by what I said.

Its on AXS TV channel July 28th. I'm sure it will be very informative and punk as f#ck. We will learn all the inside information about GNR that we have been craving for so long. He might even discuss his brand new album Tenderness if we are lucky. So set your DVR and enjoy.

As long as Axl is singing on the album it's GNR to me. Please don't let Duff have a song!

I'd like to know who the guy was Axl high fived during the performance, and if he is a member on here.

Quick question for those who have seen Steven Adler live recently

Axl has always been the problem. I really like his work in the studio and occasionally live. It doesn't mean that he isn't a douche bag though.
