Can I also just state quickly that if they came out, played 'One in a Million' one time, and Axl screamed "Good fucking night" and ended the tour I would both be totally cool with it and think it was fucking awesome.

I'd fly to Vegas and drop $500 on a ticket to see that right now.

Call me crazy, but I'd pay a lot to see the UYI circus with the backup singers, teddy, etc etc

Some of the clips are stadiums shot (I'd assume either UYI or festivals) and some are recent arena shows. I can't tell when Axl's voice was recorded.

Ive always had a feeling they might be doing a movie/documentary. And some shows with Slash Duff Axl but never an official full blown reunion

This could be the reason the reunion hasn't been announced.

Why are people thinking there will be another album (if the reunion happens)?. If we get a reunion, it will be the same 2014 shows we all saw but with Slash and Duff. No new songs. I really don't see Axl recording anything else, aside from one or two singles.

I never thought they would announce it now. These deadline dates are being made up by posters, and people are getting their hopes up. Something is happening imo, but there's no indication that news will come anytime soon. The media just feeds of forum chatter and then it becomes an echo chamber of speculation presented as fact.

I doubt any announcement will come this year. We should wait and see what Slash's schedule is looking like for next year. That will be a more concrete sign.

Also the guitar in the NR video is Joe Perry's who currently has possession of it and its worth insane amounts of cash. That thing in the display case is some kinda imitation.

That is what I thought. I recalled an interview in which Slash said he gave the guitar back to Perry (I think Perry sold him it for drugs and later came to regret the decision).

Same here. This must be an imitation. I don't think Slash was holding on to it for more than 20years and then sent it to Axl for him to sign and they send it to company.

I'm starting to believe the reunion is going to happen. But it won't be what we all think it will be. I think it will be Axl & Duff (maybe Izzy) and a bunch of other session musicians, GNR will call that a reunion.

1985-89 line-up with Dizzy added. Replace Adler with Sorum if Adler is too much a liability. Replace Izzy with Gilby if Izzy does not want to do it. New gnr members should not be allowed near a reunion, unless it is to shine Slash's shoes.

Any reunion should include Steven and/or Matt. Any additional musicians are fine. If it was up to me, bring the girls from UYI tour as well.

AWESOME news, I still , to this day, can't believe how some people dont want a reunion, or some people want to hear from anyone post 1996. A reunion would (with any combination pre 1996) would be one of the biggest events in rock history.

Also, did anyone become a FAN of GNR because of CD? I believe that 97% of GNR fans are fans because everything that happened in AFD and UYI era, so yes, give me the damn reunion.

If you became a fan of GNR because of CD, I understand that you want to hear more than that. But if you are a fan because of AFD, I can't understand how you'd rather listen to Buckethead play every possible note.
