Franks is an amazing drummer don't get me wrong, I just can't pick up on what is it that doesn't fit for me. Maybe because I know all the drum parts by heart haha

Hello fellow drummers, 

As all musicians do I'm trying to understand Franks drumming. He knows his stuff, but there is something that bothers me about his drumming in GNR and I don't know what it is. I'd much rather have Steven or Matt before Frank.

Anyhow, I was listening to a few NITL shows and I noticed the intro to Easy and the marching drum parts on Estranged and realized that there are not dynamics. He plays those fill all at the same strength level making it sound so flat. Is he using triggers??? 

Yup, there are some mistakes on AFD. He also mentioned that he forgot to play the floor tom on Rocket Queen during the break (Minute 3:43).

Live Nation is teasing it too...on their twitter they posted something like "Back Where it all began". This plus Steven saying Fernando had something planned for AFD30 Im guessing is a live show of some sorts. 

I bet $100 its a AFD show where they are going to play the album in order. No special guests will be announced officially. Hope Im wrongl

The guy who posted the picture responded to someone if the picture was current or old and he said "juanc.llanes: @gunsnrosesfanscom es actual, solo fue una visita."

Which means, "its a current picture, it was only a visit". So it appears Slash was just checking out the place or something. 

My four year old could have played that. Its fake. And in another scale/out of tune.

its been said here before but I don't care, Franks a great drummer and all but jeez he sucks in GNR. If he's there to keep the tempo then give him a metronome, super slow WTTJ, where other shows it was super fast.

Someone please give Frank a metronome!!!!
