It has been nearly 8 years since I logged into it and I no longer have access to the email I THINK I used for it. I plan to donate but I want to do so on one of my original accounts. 180k is a little over the NATIONAL average but the regional average where I am is 150k. That would leave 50k for the decade. Move to the outskirts and you get a good home for the family anywhere between 100k to 150.

water 30-50$ high usage a month

Internet 70$ for 25 mb/sec which is decent enough per month

With a gas water heater and gas stove, my gas bill never tops 20$. The winter bill is higher because of the heat but it's not as killer as people make it out to be. 70+ during the winter.

If I were to just go by my current payments for essentials right now, it would be around 250 a month. 3000 a year. Doing so here would actually net you 2,000 a year from the 5,000 a year estimate I made. Leaving enough(20k over the ten year period) to actually buy a decent brand new car.

Continue working during this time and it's easy street with any additional reasonable luxury you may want. I can honestly say after evaluation that 200,000 is quite a lot and if spent wisely, would go a long way.

I think it's retarded to wear a shirt with only Slash on it to GN'R shows past 1993 since he never played with them again. It would also be retarded if people wear Axl shirts to a Slash gig.

Sure there are lot of people who wear shirts with the old band on it, but wearing a Slash only shirt is just plain stupid.

That said, there were some people wearing Slash stuff yesterday who did't have to take it off.
