Can someone bullet point the things that were missing from the edited book? Like the axl drug story mentioned earlier

I don’t personally see an album of newly written songs happening, but keep in mind Axl has done stranger things recently like recording a Rock The Rock song and recording talking lines for Scooby Doo or recording himself in a beer commercial. 

it just seems like with Axl he could get a crazy spur of the moment thing where he changes his mind and decided to do something

The box set does not include that. The album tracks have been remastered with NR having new live orchestra on the song

Honestly I just think Axl is done with that part of the Industry. I think working on Chinese Democracy was so stressful for him and such a bad experience that he lost desire to ever write or record again.  And I'm sure after all the work he put in and all the lineup changes and issue with the record all for it to receive the lukewarm reception it got it just killed any desire he ever had to do that again.  Face it he hasn't recorded any vocals or new music in over 10 years, and it is what it is

 

He is happy doing what he is doing now. He gets to travel the world, gets paid millions of dollars and can probably have any young groupie he wants.  He is living the life.

 

Honestly I think after this 2023 tour if Axl still resists doing anything creative you will see some kind of fall out with him and Slash where they decide just to go on a small hiatus and then do some kind of farewell tour just playing the hits and some deep cuts.

I don’t think Slash would make the new album comment if Axl hadn’t expressed at least some consideration of doing one. Chances maybe low but not off the table

I’m looking forward to Bad Apples live hopefully without the Rio announcer. I know that’s not on the Super Deluxe but really interested to hear that

the 100 page booklet I don’t have high hopes for. I felt like the booklet for the AFD super deluxe sucked and I’m sure the Illusion one won’t live up to what it could be. 
I am a big fan of all the live shows and so hearing the Vegas show will be great for me

Do artists have to get permission to cover a song if they give credit to the original artist?

how funny if this band recorded CD2 and put it out with a different singer but still giving credit to the original lineup (themselves + Axl) 

Everyone has theory’s on why songs are showing up…

what about why songs showed up previously and then disappeared? 

if Spotify algorithm was at play, why would it show songs one day for users and not the next day? I can’t make sense of that

Alternatively, if GNR have a planned album and uploaded songs, why would they have removed songs now?

Does anyone here know if Bubblefoot answers fans questions? Maybe someone can ask if he’s heard any songs with axl vocals recorded that’s more than we already have

Surprised at all the disappointment, I loved it. I would have preferred one stand alone video of the YCBM performance, but so what..: this is a music video and it’s showing you peaks into what the rest of the show will look like. I can’t wait and the entire show won’t be edited like the music video

I don’t have the leaked audio anymore… it was only like 30 seconds but Axl got pissed and changed the lyrics to say something like “and someone else in this Fucking band to write some lyrics”

I so wish the version of Coma that leaked months ago where Axl changes the lyrics about someone else writing some lyrics would come out
