  1. Fair enough about the rumour but I don't buy it, judging from what we've seen in the past, I don't see him quitting now.

Part of me would like to see him quit because clearly, this band hasn't been going anywhere for the past 4 years, this Vegas residency was nice but clearly, absolutely nothing new happened. Only cool stuff was seeing Duff learning CD songs, and TWAT & Prostitute back in the set. And Axl seems getting closer to his 2010 level.

Then again without Bumblefoot, I don't see the new band going on, he is clearly the best asset of this lineup, pulling off everything. He has so much talent and makes it look so easy that we don't talk much about it, but he's an amazing guitarist. But maybe his departure would push things forward, or killing the band, don't know. But let's be honest here, I still wouldn't pay to see GNR right now, even with those setlists. It's nothing new. I'd pay for some new songs yeah, but right now it's still a best-of tour, same that I've seen in 2010 and 2012, don't care much for it, was seriously expecting new stuff, TWAT, Pros and Yesterdays pumped me up, I thought we may see new stuff but nope, same old shit.

Just thought I'd share that with you, this guy (Sébastien Bontemps) is one of the best figure customizors I know, got him on Facebook as I absolutely love his workd, and what do you know! Today he

gives us this masterpiece, absolutely love it, hope you like it. He even put the whistle and AFD tattoo! And that bandana.. ah he definitely is a killer.

Check out his Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/groups/100436390108476/ for more, he also customized Slash.

  3. This is fucking garbage, as always ever since Rio 2011.

I really loved one thing of this evening though: Nicolas Cage speech. Man, that was a killer speech. Then Axl came on stage and fuck, why the fuck is he so god damn shy? It's like, he lost all confidence. He looks so weird, even Michael Jackson seemed normal next to him.

He definitely needs to do some kind of work on himself, it's not just about the weight, it's just that he looks like a recluse coming out in the spotlight after 20 years of reclusion. His body language is fucking odd. Let alone the fact he doesn't look like himself, he cannot even pass for a human being.

  4. Come on, such crappy bullshit reponses in this thread, fucking god some of you are really insane... get laid godammit..

I'm amazed at Tyler's performances, he's still awesome on stage, but the funny thing is, I've seen both bands (GN'R and Aerosmith) in 2010, and I found Axl to be far, far better that year. But Tyler hasn't gone downhill since 2010, on the contrary.. Now he is clearly the better performer of the two in 2014.

Anyway, thank you OP for the video, nice of him to mention Axl, great to see Slash on stage with Aerosmith, and great performance overall (I'm an Aerosmith fan as well, got all the albums, and no need to compare CD with Aerosmith latest albums, just enjoy the fucking music, it's awesome all these guys are still out there).

  5. Well it's very cool to see Duff, who must have worked his ass off to learn the new songs. Mega props to him for his dedicated spirit to this show. It certainly feels right to see him back in GN'R.

But Axl really shouldn't be performing. Even if say, all the rest of the original guys were back in the band, let's dream for a second, I still wouldn't buy a ticket to attend a GN'R show given Axl's current voice (and shape, yes it's important,

sorry but it's just not motivating me to see him like this, i couldn't even watch the whole videos because of this).

I can tell it's a bit better than the previous shows, you can definitely tell Duff's presence is motivating Axl to give everything he has in stock for now. But man should he train..

He is good when he sings in a low tone, but as soon as he gets in the high ones, it's a fucking catastrophee. It's incredible they let him perform like this, he is just not in shape.

  6. This debate is almost impossible, we'd have to hear every singer sing everyone's song to have a clear judgment. Or take a rather difficult song to perform and see how all artists perform it. Axl couldn't sing Bohemian Rhapsody so well in his prime for example, but I prefer Axl over Freddie on his own songs, so that doesn't mean anything.

We could debate over who is was the best frontman, who was the best artist, but singer.. it's impossible to tell.

To me David Gilmour is one of the best singers ever for example, but that's largely influenced by how good his songs are.

It's safe to say though that the singers I enjoy the most are Axl, Freddie, Michael, Gilmour, Bowie, and Bellamy.

  7. O2 Dublin 2010 with Axl leaving and returning.Great vocal performance, but a statue most of the show

    A little help wouldnt hurt.........

HAHA what a terrible start! I had a good laugh when watching this (never watched the entire opening).

    1. In-ear monitor not working

    2. Guy trying to fix it, Axl pissed off and throws it away

    3. Crowd "booing" from the end of CD through the opening of Jungle

    4. Axl stops Jungle

    5. Axl out of sync with the rest of the band in the middle of Jungle

    6. Stage-guy desperately trying to wipe the stage

    7. Axl stops the show again, and goes off stage

This is the show they should release on DVD/Blu-ray!

Hahaha it'd be a killer release.

My, I had forgotten how people from Dublin were such morons. All they do at the beginning is boo-ing, when Axl finally punishes them, they are all like "yeah AXL, Guns N' Roses!". Fucking pricks, they got the show they deserved.

  8. Richard is by far the better guitar player than izzy.

Izzy wrote some cool songs, was always the grey man in GNR and no one missed him. Had zero personality on stage and in interviews. He will always be an original member but thats all he gets credit for. He even left cause he knew it wasn't suited for him.

Richard may have a better technique, but overall Izzy is the best guitarist because he can write. Izzy wrote some of the best classic GN'R tracks and deserves all the credits he gets.
