I'd be totally fine with an instrumental album from these two. I think I like instrumental Bumble ( from AOBF or the few tracks on 9.11 ) better than singing Bumble.
-
Would SO love to hear that.
Bucket contacted him before the Buckethead and friends sessions if I recall correctly. He also wanted Ron to sing on some songs.- 1

Crazy how someone like Axl, out of everybody, one of the biggest rockstars on the planet would have trouble with women.
Crazy how your childhood experiences shape you and fuck you up...- 1

Unfortunately, as much as it's cool for the fans to see him, I don't think Steven will get the full time gig he hopes for by accepting breadcrumbs like he does....
One rarely gets a promotion by accepting a demotion...
Maybe he, out of all the alumnis, is the one who needs to tell them to fuck off for once. -
Haha, read the OP as " Interesting story about a woman who knew Dizzy when he used to be known as "The Wild." "

Heading back to Paris from my hometown, Nice.

I keep reading how Fortus was offered a spot in Bowie's band, can I get some proof of this?
I think I've asked before on here and nobody came back to me.
If I recall correctly, he mentions it in this interview :

Best he's been in 23 years!
Even that is not true.
The band, overall, hasn't sounded better in 23 years but that isn't necessarily true of Axl...
I mean, would you really say it would suck to get 2006-2010 Axl back with THIS band ?- 2

That's cool of him and I respect it if he really feels that this is the best Axl has ever been but...come one, really ?

The guy is trolling you and you keep falling for it.
I'm not even sure he is...
He has been posting the same type of messages for, at least, the last ten years on a french guitar forum. He was known as Nesquick back then. -

So the media tells the drones that Kim Kardashian's human existence is the butt of your cheap pop culture joke stash (the lowest hanging of all comedic fruit by the way), and you guys use that as justification for losing all sense of humanism.
Getting your hotel room broken into by five men with guns is a horrifying experience, one of which nothing Kim has done could possibly justify. Its really sad, violent, horrifying, and digusting to violate someones safe and private space with violence and threats.
I dont particuarly enjoy Kim as a public figure, and I feel she represents some pretty shitty things about our society, but I'm also not stupid enough to believe that she has done any kind of wrong that is deserving of this.
I hope she and her family are doing alright. Lucky her children were not there
This.
As much as I never cared for her ( and find her husband annoying...at best ) I fail to see what's so funny about this. It's not about the jewelry, it's about the experience...- 2

Amazing work. Have been following you since the beginning so keep up the good work.
That being said, that TWAT was simply atrocious : both Axl and Slash suck major dongs on this -
It came with the classroom...and I can't be arsed to get it off the wall

Been a while so...
Me being a teacher / dungeon keeper. -
There is no such thing.
My favourite ( by far ) "rock" album of the 90s is The Fragile by Nine Inch Nails so there you go.- 1

I don't think either Slash or Axl have the ambition to push GnR forward in a creative manner ( Axl doesn't care to and Slash has his own band if Axl can't be arsed )...
So as much as it sucks, I don't see Slash leaving over creative differences again. They will both suck it up and keep touring for a while, or at least that's my guess. -
We know for a fact that Izzy was offered to join GnR back by the big three.
He declined because he didn't like not getting the same paycheck as them.
Who do people blame ?
Fortus for not leaving...

As much as the current tour clearly puts things into perspective, for what it was, NuGnR was great at times...
I mean, I have very fond memories of seeing them in 2010 even though I can't wait to see the current band in Paris, hopefully next year.
I will simply refrain to compare too much, just like I did back when NuGnR were still around..- 2

Be honest with him and be ready to lose the "friendship", at least for a while.
You can't "really" be friends with someone you want to be in a relationship with. The connection and appreciation are real but the intent isn't...
-
Looks like the designer bubble farts sounds are finally coming back to bite Axl in the ass.
-
I think you have to remember Slash and Duff were the guys who said "no thanks" to Izzy when he offered to front Velvet Revolver so it's not like they seem to consider him a vital piece of the puzzle to begin with...
-
It's not about not wanting to share emotions because that's totally understandable...
it's about the fact that half the world considers an Axl / Slash reunion something akin to the second coming of Christ and after all these years of hatred, Axl has nothing to say about it other than "we talked about Coachella and he showed up and played Chinese Democracy songs with Frank".
I mean, surely, not necessarily disappointed as I don't really care about what they have to say other than about a new album but you can understand why people find it weird, no ?- 1
-
I really appreciate this...but on the other hand, I find Axl's apathy a bit disconcerting.
He doesn't even seem to be avoiding the questions, he simply looks like he doesn't have much more to say. No excitement, nothing to add.
"Yeah, Slash came. He played guitar. Frank was there too."- 1

Liked Hybrid Theory when it came out...but it doesn't really stand the test of time, unlike early releases by, say, Korn, Incubus or even the first two Limp Bizkit albums.
