It would be unfortunate if any random crazy dude could exploit Youtube's fear of being entangled in expensive legalities to force them into removing band related videos which thousands of fans enjoy on a regular basis, especially if this crazy dude acts on no one but his own behalf and has no commission from the band or management.
No worries, YouTube asks you to prove you are legit when you send them a copyright claim. I did it once because someone posted a video my group made, and I had to prove via my attorney that my group had the copyrights. It took them 2 weeks to delete the video, so if they remove something because of UziSuicidal LLC copyrights claim be sure it's not a random crazy dude removing videos

I kind of feel like he owes those guys an apology for making this HOF thing into a fucking debacle and not acting graciously about the whole thing. He should have congratulated them on the achievement, it was the collective that made it in. He could have done it diplomatically while snuffing out the concept of a reunion.
So, the shit continues and the opportunity to end it came and went. I wonder if people really do want to move on sometimes.
Diplomacy sometimes doesn't work... I think some people who, in spite of Axl's previous statements were still hoping for a reunion, needed to realize for once that it's not gonna happen at least "not in this lifetime"
Being diplomatic about that may have contributed to give these people some hope IMO

Would anybody else like to see Slash, Duff, Stevie and whoever else tour playing GNR songs this Summer? I really think they should do it. I'm not a Myles fan, but the other guys sound so amazing together. New GNR has never played Paradise City this good, imo.

Axl Rose is being bashed EVERYWHERE.
In the 1980s, any press was good press. Not in the internet age. He is getting murdered by everyone, and rightly so. Everyone just really disappointed in Axl.
I just hope people stop paying for tickets. He needs to be taught a lesson for once in his life.

Axl hasn’t refused a Nobel prize, he has refused to attend a COMMERCIAL event which organizers (according to what I understood from Axl’s open letter) may have tried to manipulate GNR members to get them reunited for this event. Can you imagine the amount of $$$ HOF would get from exclusive pics and footage of the AFD/UYI lineup together in the same room? Not to tell if they agreed to play for at least one song???
Did some of the fans really expect Axl to show up? Of course some did dream about a one-night reunion, even though Axl has been clear about that in several previous interviews. And when they didn’t get the one-night reunion they wanted, they started attacking Axl (in an unprecedented disrespectful way) whithout caring about the reasons that made him decide not to attend.
As for the people thinking Shash has attended to honor GNR, they fail to realize that he needs to promote his second solo album, and the fact that he wouldn’t have missed the opportunity of being in the spotlight for some minutes.
Axl doesn’t need publicity… he has released a statement for the media and the fans to understand why he was not going to attend and all he gets is extreme bashing… so people complain if he doesn’t talk and complain when he talks, like Axl said it’s a lose-lose (or no win) situation

Obsessed, yes. Psychopath is stretching a bit. Even if Axl denied the bipolar thing, he does show signs of it for sure and alluded to it in the early days. Third parties have also backed up the claim. It doesn't make him inferior in anyway, look at the music he creates. It's amazing.

Obviously UziSuicidal derives from GNR's first label UZI Suicide....they may be linked to the band, otherwise they would have suffered legal consequences for filing a fake claim to YouTube as stated in YouTube's policy.
UziSuicidal LLC has been filing copyright claims for years, if they were not legit GNR or even YouTube would have done something about it I think..
