Anyone been to a France and Germany concert? Which have crazier, more hardcore fans?

I went to Bordeaux in 2018 and the fans were so chill. I liked it though, it allowed me to arrive late and still get about 3 rows in

Probably didn't help that it was about 35 Celsius, lots of folks just sat down trying to find shade. I'd expect it to be a bit rowdier in Paris - can't speak for Germany never been!

Considering it for a big trip (from the UK) but yeah, iIm expecting it to be hard to get them? I do notice there's 5 days till the next show and it's a Friday night...

Were the past tours also promoted like this, with a build up until the tickets are on sale and some sort of marketing like the Nascar thing? Because if not, maybe, just maybe there's really something bigger behind all this than just another tour.

But this is GNR so there's most likely no logic behind it.

I would say the only 'logic' behind it is maybe announcing multiple legs in one go, hence the build up and somewhat delayed ticket sales.

I don’t want to say/believe it’s impossible. There was a time this reunion between Slash and Axl was what we considered impossible, so I try and stay a little optimistic

I commend your optimism. All I can see, as a best case scenario, is these remaining CD era singles dropping as the tour kicks off. Slash has said there's a couple more in the can.

If no album is announced along side the world tour that will potentially last until ‘25 am I right in thinking we can scrap the idea of an album coming before 2026? Sad times if so.

  6. Yeah, as mentioned above^ I'd expect this to be largely Europe / US, with a sporadic set of dates across both regions.

Probably June / July in Europe & August / Sept in NA. Be interesting to see if this 'world tour' goes beyond that, but I can't see it aside from maybe some Canada shows.

  7. As time passes it's starting to feel more and more likely that its Glastonbury, and then Hyde Park thrown in to justify them travelling over here. Glasgow is still a possibility of course especially considering the cancellations (PLURAL!!), but I can't for the life of me figure out why we've not heard anything yet.

A full Europe tour sounds less and less likely now, especially if Slash starts doing his own things prior to the guns dates.

Lol, they don't have any of the anniversary merch in the UK store.

They don't have much of anything tbh

EMP has us covered. All the stuff that ships mid-october looks to be anniversary merch, and it looks far better than this official store shite
