Maybe they're waiting for the world economy to improve so they can maximize global sales to their target audience of 48 people on the forum.

By the way, it's been far too long since someone tried blame cd's failure on a failure of music fans. Like the problem isn't with serving turds for dinner... It's that people just aren't conditioned to enjoy turds.
-
Your theory sucks. If cd was good it would have found an audience, with or without those dastardly mulletheads and their inferior personal taste. What was to stop all the world's forward-thinking intellectual communities from embracing This I Love on their own? The only conspiracy that hurt Chinese Democracy was the pact between Beta and Axl to squander the rest of his life on crushing mediocrity.
-
They'd be fools to pass up on the hundreds of dollars in sales a nugnr DVD would muster.
-
Maybe he means Axl would have had a meltdown and cancelled the shows and jeopardized gnrs future if bumble quit. We all know how fragile Axl is. When bucket and slash quit it really seemed to damage his ability to function.
-
I wonder who picked on him more, his band or the forum members?
-
Unless it features slash and the old band, don't hold your breath for a GNR release.
-
In the rest of the band's defense, Ron did show up looking like a chubby nerd with a winged flying foot guitar. After enduring buckethead, no less

I didn't care really. GNR sucked by TSI. I quit flowing or caring and when slash quit I had pretty much assumed GNR already broke up. I got interested again with the VMAs and the various bizarre happenings. It's tabloid fun for me really.

And didn't beta get in trouble with Axl for continuing to chum around with Doug?
-
Thanks guys, now Uzi Suicidal is going to get the bar shut down.

It's been posted a few times before. I'm sure somebody's got it still.
Heard something about axl fighting with beta after catching her hanging with Goldstein

What, a bunch of washed up hair metal acts lined by fat Axl? Sign me up!
I love those bands, regardless of their age or pop culture status. Axl should be happy to be a part of their ranks. They're a classic rock band.

I don't think he has the ambition to think about anything other than what buckethead left him with.

Sebastian Bach!!!!!! Lol!!!!

In the leaked letter in which Doug Gdstein shamelessly begs Axl to take him back, he also proposes the idea of an Axl Rose music festival, and lays out all the reasons this could be an easy and profitable strategy.
Would you attend 'Rose Fest?' If Beta were to try and use Doug's idea, what would the festival have to offer to make it enticing?
I would go anywhere and pay any price to see Hall of Fame GNR. But the nugnr brand I quit paying to see live. I'd consider it if it was close and offered some other bands with similar appeal... Def Leppard, Bon Jovi, Crüe, Poison. Even some classic rock acts like Cheap Trick or Aerosmith or ZZ Top. Wouldn't pay more than 75 bucks though.

I guess beta never told axl he had agreed on his behalf.

I'd say Jeremy. The lyrical subject matter seems like something that axl would identify with. It's powerful and sensitive at the same time.

What was wrong with the Brooklyn Bowl show?I thought people gave it generally positive reviews.
It ended earlier than usual. Contractual obligations were met for time, but it was a far cry from the special show for fans that was sold to those paying super high price for tix. Axel ha to leave early cuz he had the shits.

Awwwwww. What a sweet picture.

YouTube can't be trusted. He sounds great. There's no way being fat and out of shape could have contributed to that performance in a negative way. The media has always been out to get baz. People just hate on him because he won't reunite with his original line up.

I think axl talked a big game in the first post-slash decade, and he's probably frustrated and annoyed that a few delusional online weirdos won't let it go already, and still at 51 expect him to validate their years of unsolicited superfandom by creating a real new band. He wants to play Vegas, earn some touring cash while he can and take it easy. He's earned it. Sorry if anybody was foolish enough to believe in something as absurd as 'new guns n roses.' But that's really your fault, not his.

I said guns n roses, not Roseanne Barr
A genuinely awesome interview with Bumblefoot

Ron should have put his health above his desire to make that money. If he hurt himself being greedy, that's his fault not AxlBeta's.
