does not, without more, indicate that Defendant had the intent or purpose to serve the California
market. While the manufacturer may have designed these products with the California market in
mind, these “California Compliant” or “California legal” products can also be purchased and used in
Texas (or elsewhere). Defendant has merely included all relevant information regarding a particular
firearm or other product within the product title or descriptions to assist a customer in making a
purchasing decision....
There is also no indication that this matter could be more efficiently resolved
in California, and Texas appears to offer an appropriate alternative forum. Although Plaintiff may
have an interest in litigating this action in California because it is more convenient, the Ninth Circuit
has held that “the plaintiff’s convenience is not of paramount importance” to the reasonableness

Yes, it's very easy, like how easy is ignoring the part where someone develops the comment after your rude response, telling you that what I meant was about how it catches the eye, as an idea, nothing else, and how I also think the other coverarts are shitty too while still selling the idea of the song better than this one just having random elements.

I'm a graphic designer and illustrator, I can send you my portfolio if you want. If you want to make fun of me, do it about the stuff I do actually do.
I just made these for fun in around 5 minutes to send in private to a friend that wanted a proper thumbnail for the leaked track. What I was trying to say is that something made with AI looks more appealing to the eye than that. And as an illustrator, I'm well aware of what means to get something done with AI. I can state way more issues, like the hands and wrists being weird, and the proportions between the door and the person making no sense, etc.
The same way I believe the locker and magic ball coverarts look cheap while still selling an idea of what the song kind of is about while this doesn't.
Doesn't contradict my judgment on saying it's effortless because of the knowledges I do have because what I do for living.
It's very easy to act tough with unknown people on the Internet.

Don't get me wrong, I'm a graphic designer, but this seems effortless, and like Fernando paid some Indian kid on Fiverr to do a GN'R cover art with no context given. Even the locker and magic ball coverarts have some sort of meaning, this is just random elements pieced together.
