  1. Maiden for me, don't even had to think about it, killers, the dance of the dead, fear of the dark, the number of the beast, different world, these colours don't run, run to the hills, fallen angel, blood brother, aces high, two minutes for midnight and the trooper are all amazing songs that AC/DC couldn't dream to have. Althoug I do like AC/DC' music they are to simple for me and Iron Maiden's just seems more beautiful

  2. Whaaaat Tha Fuuuuuck! Are you for real? not calling you a liar but it does seem wear to hear Axl himself saying it, I know I shouldn't but I'm getting happier by the secund, if this actually comes true I will be happy as hell!

If its true: Thank you for the insights!!!

if its not: Fuck you, but thanks again for giving me a smile today (even if it is a fake one)

  3. could be but what would be the point in doing so just after the GN'R show was cancelled? Wouldn't it be better to get something different and unexpected like a different special with some other big band like Aerosmith or AC/DC. Slash would be cool as well, but if I had to choose I would want it to be a different project, perhabs Alter Bridge would be a good show as well (Myles Kennedy's band for those who didn't know)

  4. Never been a fan of Nirvana, (don't hate them thoug, I'm also a fan of Foo Fighters) but I don't care to much for their music, if I had to chose I would chose Soundgarden over Nirvana any day of the week althoug I did liked some of their tracks back in the day and about Kurt Cobain, I just don't like him (I can't say that I hate him as I never met him) but I just don't care to much about him, and not becouse he had his troubles with Axl (if that were the case I wouldn't listen to many, many artist that I consider myself a fan of) but becouse of his attitude, for me he seemed to be nothing but a junkie with some talent, he never cared about his health or about his family's health and the prove to that was in the fact that he didn't stoped doing drougs even when he was sick as hell "if I feel like a junkie I should just be a junkie" were his words, maybe a little different, even Duff who was a man that exploded his own pancreas for all the alcohol he took managed to get back on his feet, not for himself but for his family. Kurt had it all, friends, family, people who truly supported him and more money that you could ever ask for, if he had wanted he could have just retired himself and spent his time doing other things, but instead he choses to take his own life and leave behind both his wife and dougther, if he was a good guy or not I don't know but one thing is for sure, he wasn't a man. A man doesn't forget his family, a man put his family first and himself secund at least thats the way I see it.

  5. one of my favorites, didn't really cared to much for it at the start as I was listening more to Chinese Democracy (the song), Street Of Dreams and I.R.S. but then when I Started listening to it I really fell in love with the track. For me is one of the best tracks in the album but not as great as TWAT, I.R.S, CD, CITR and Prostitute those tracks where amazing for me and truly make me become a Nu-GN'R fan.

  6. New album, Buckethead back, Chinese leftovers remix album (only if it doesn't sounds like Better Gone) and after all that some new videos and singles. But if I have to chose just ONE I will chose the Album, no doubt about it

  7. I've meet some people that did, some friends of mine who didn't listen to any of the GN'R stuff until they heard CD, some other friends of mine also meet them trough some of the other guys (Bumblefoot, Ashba and Buckethead to be clear) and of course it will, there's always someone that doesn't know the band, even if GN'R where the biggest band in the world many people would still hear them trough other artist and/or members of the band.

For example I was a fan of Alter Bridge (Myles Kennedy's band) way before I was a GN'R or Slash fan, and the only reason that I heard Slash's solo albums was becouse they had Myles in the project.

  8. ok for what I understand, people give Axl a hard time becouse he doesn't forgive anybody and gets himself into eternal fights, but now when he's giving a special show to someone he had a fight with (Tommy) you're giving him a hard time for letting that old fight of them in the past and playing a gig for him. Who the hell can understand you people??? Do you want Axl to forgive people or not? give me a break

  9. there are many things, first of all I think that Chinese Democracy should have been longer (3 or 4 albums in one big realise) I wouldn't have minded wait until 2010 and having got three different albums that would keep me listening until 2045 and with all the material they had (14 songs from CD, OMG, Silkworms, The General (or whoever you want to call it) and all the songs that Axl still has and didn't realese) then we would have the 2010 tour with Axl awesome vocals from that year (my personal favorites as he seemed to have even more control of his voice than he had back in the 80's and 90's) and of course after all is set and done they could have had setlists with 3 songs from AFD, 3 from UYI, 1 from Lies and the rest being from Nu-GN'R albums making setlist of 15 songs from CD and the rest of Axl's music... That would have made them as big as the old GN'R or perhaps even more.

  10. Well, in one side I HATE that song, I just can't stand it, don't like it now, and I will never like it in the future (Just to be clear this happens to me with almost all the pop songs) but I understand that other people may like it, and if Buckethead wanted to dance to this song then thats cool, he was having a good time and the crowd seemed to be having fun themselves so whats the big deal? In another hand we have Bumblefoot who didn't wanted to play the song, wich is cool too, clearly he doesn't like that song so why should he play it? H alsoe didn't get mad when he read the question he just smiled and said "I will not play Gangman Style" And thats cool becouse that was his choise, he didn't wanted to play it and he didn't so whats the big deal there?

  11. probably would, as long as we find a way to keep it small, I mean the tracks should not be realesed for the whole world but for a few people (Members of this forum while we avoid giving them to the entire world or upload them in youtube, mediafire or anywhere else) in order to do no harm to the sales of the next album, like it happened with Chinese Democracy... If we can manage to do that then I don't see what would be the problem in doing it.

  12. Well I like both performances, this is one of those songs where I really don't care that much about the rasp, I never really liked the performances of this song during the 90's Axl's voice seemed so... forced, like if someone was shocking him or something like that and the instrumental side of it... I've always liked more the instrumental side of the new GN'R than I ever liked the one of the old lineup, so there's no fight in that area for me

  13. Are tickets really that expensive?

Who in their right mind would see this shit???

See the drummer from GNR who fucked up mr. brownstone, a guitarist that the average person couldn't even name when the average person could name buckethead, and see the guy who made all the funky noises on chinese democracy...

Seriously, I wouldn't even wanna meet these guys. I'd just ask questions about Axl, aka, the only member of guns n roses that actually matters.

I'm a fan of Bumblefoot so why wouldn't I want to see them, only problem is that they are not coming to Venezuela, if they where I would go and see them, it seems like an interesting thing to watch

  14. I wouldn't say that is his creative ambition the one who's dead, he could be writting some songs right now as we speak, but is his desire of putting music out there the one who seems to be gone by the moment, Ashba said he has gone into his hotel room and heard stuff that Axl is been doing over the years and had amazed him and I belive him, now what I really want to know is what Axl wants to do about those songs. In the past Sebastian Bach said that he heared enough stuff for 3 or four albums (and even Axl himself said that it wasn't that much) but I don't think we are going to hear those songs until after the next album gets realesed as I think that Axl is going to want the next album to be mostly about the actual formation (that means no Finck and no Bucket) but anyway I think that eventually there is going to be a new GN'R album just remember how long did it took to realese the last album, I would say that the next album willl come in a couple of years, maybe more

  15. Hopefully it is over, however I fear that if it is, GnR could enter another "lost" period with no sightings, music, tour, etc, and that would be bad.

Ideally, the tour is over, they record in 2013 with a release sometime late summer early fall, then start a winter 2013/2014 US tour, but I doubt that will happen.

Tell me honestly that you believe (especially after CD) that the vast majority of GnR fans out there wish for new music.

Axl is doing what he does best - giving great live shows and playing the 'greatest hits' - why change the winning formula?

The vast majority of fans always gets excited when a band they love or like realises new music, that comes first, the other deal is that I just loved the last GN'R album (actually Chinese baceme my fav album from GN'R until now) and I want to hear more music like that if not something different and cool (If we have learned something about Axl is that he always experiments and doesn't seem to like the idea of having to albums with the same sound the prove: the record themselves)

  16. Best Ozzy Osbourne, Mark Tremonti

    Worst: Vince Neil

Most Disappointing: Slash (I was looking for so much more from him, the worst part is that he has the talent for great songs but then it comes with avarage to nothing bad songs with little exceptions like Anastasia) also I would have to put on the list Chris Cornell

Most Surprisingly Good: Gilby, then Izzy, then DJ Ashba (his work with the solo band ASHBA and Sixx:A.M is amazing) and the best of them all Buckethead (the guy became one of my all time favorites with songs like Earth Heals Herself, Soothsayer, Electric Tears, I Love My Parents and so many others...) The guy is a God at guitat playing.

I'd love to see: Axl Rose, Steven Tyler, Myles Kennedy, Shaun Morgan, Amy Lee, ZP Theart, and so many others
