The village leak was more alternative rock bc of the inclusion of a slightly buried guitar melody that is present over almost all the song over the base riff. The official release is more classic rock bc mainly power chords.

The official drums are more classic rock, no dynamics/all dynamics mixed out of them. Village version had Josh Freese doing the "alternative rock thing" and a much better mix

 the official release also sees to slightly fade out Axls voice after each line, at least to my ears. Should have boosted the mids a tad on the EQ for his vocals. 

Also Slashs tone isnt gain-y enough, more of a heavier crunch, but not that classic 90s Slash gain

maybe its not the way hes been singing that gave him supposed anxiety, but maybe it became painful to put even the tiniest bit of drive

I only voted yes bc if Axl were ever to wander into a studio with the intention of recording vocals, hed probably be able to pull it out take by take and cherry pick the best parts.

Axl honestly looks as good as you can for 60 years old. Pretty much better than at any point since 2016 if not 2007. The mid length hair suits him well and he looks like he has a solid jawline. He must have made his health a priority the past few months.

Axl looks fine for his age. however the entire red hot chili peppers band is looking fantastic for 60/ pushing 60 (except for frusciante of course, who's only 52)

Whatchu Thinkin is probably my favorite song on the album, albeit with a dissapointing guitar solo. Anthonys vocal melody sounds fantastic all over.

The verse melody on The Heavy Wing is great as well. Chorus is great

The album definitely picks up after the first 5 songs. The first 5 songs seemed like they were just kinda jamming for the sake of jamming.
