There are drummers that can really give respect to AFD songs but obviously Frank is not one of them. That's what I love about SMKC - Todd, Brent and Frank (Sidoris ) play the same way as Duff, Steven and Izzy used to. Note for note. From the beginning to the end. There's no space for own contribution. It's classic stuff that needs to be respected.

With a song like Brownstone or Rocket Queen, everything was important. The drumming was incredible and everything else was too. Lyrics, vocals, guitars, bass...all of it.

And yet Frank is turning the Brownstone intro into a mess...

Libertad is far better than WOF, in terms of songwriting. Scott made those songs memorable. He could have done a lot for WOF, too.

WOF is far better than Libertad, in terms of guitar sound, riffs, solos and rhythm section. I'm pretty sure he couldn't done a lot for WOF, because his vocal range was too low. Don't get me wrong, he was a great artist and musician but not a great singer, at least in VR and afterwards.
