I prefer more even Pawnshop Guitars than Chinese Democracy. Can't stand such overproduced music.

It works both ways. The point is that the regroup without Slash could only sell out shit

But would Slash achieve that with his solo band or as the sole original member of GNR? No.
Well, somehow he could sell out 20-25k venues during last two tours, can't remember when GNR sold out such a big arena last time He's perfectly fine, even without gnr.

I just wonder what Slash will bring. Godfather theme has to be. bad Obsession and DTJ used to be played on the UYI tours.
Slash plays DTJ with The Conspirators. For a reason I guess.

The thing I recorded was a part of the chorus, main riff was pretty great though. But they haven't played anything special in Katowice 2013 or Lodz 2015. Just regular stuff.

Well I'm in touch with the Curly Head himself. Of course he won't tell my anything about GNR but when it comes to gigs in Poland I'm there for him; I prepare surprises for SMKC (just check "Back From Cali" from Katowice 2013 and Kraków 2014, "Starlight" from Lodz 2015). They usually play couple of songs during the soundcheck, thankfuly I was fortunate enough to see the new stuff.

I recorded that video, it was a completely new song. I wish I could take out a phone earlier.

Frank is an excellent drummer and he's played all the material perfectly fine.
U serious? Check this:
And then find a video of NuGNR performing Mr. Brownstone, Frank's drumming is total shite.

In South America I'd agree. But in Vegas he sounded anywhere from good to great, depending on the night.
How did he sound in 1993 then? Gosh.

If they're touring North America until mid september, the logical thing to do is:
-2017 starting with Australia and possibly some shows in the Asian market
-Summer 2017 European tour
Yeah, but of course you're talking about SMKC.

I think Slash played this song during his last tour for a reason.

This is a narrative film for hip hop group. The video follows the artist who has been kidnapped by a gang of female kick ass bad chicks. The film is 'Oceans 11/12/13" meets "Reservoir Dogs" with slick cuts, split screen etc...
2 female kidnappers take the artist hostage and set up a ransom video where the artist performs into. The 2 female kidnappers will wear balaclavas and knee length bomber jackets, which will be provided. The hostages are kick ass gun wielding bad girls.

Well, I can see only two possibilities. 1 - new material. 2 - music video for an old big gun.

What a silly thread.

Slash seems to like Mickey Mouse voice, hopefully he won't encourage him in that direction...
Mickey with 4 octaves vocal range. Yeah he likes that. Not sure if he dig Squeaky Mouse.

Songs are played note by note same as original recordings, thats the way they play.

who is the guitarist on the right? Just a stock image?
Also, look at that classic GN'R writing.

"GNR YEARS" Les Paul doesn't mean anything, because he's using it all the time. But if we're talking about this picture, Duff were there to rehearse before his rejoining to GNR in 2014.
He hasn't used that Les Paul since the first VR tour for contraband.
Nah bro, not that one.

In fact, Axl was probably way more financially successful than Slash was.
I doubt that, Slash played almost 500 gigs with SMKC only (GNR played 350 from 2001 to 2014), released 6 records , had sponsorship agreements with Gibson, Epiphone, Ernie Ball, Marshall etc., he also makes his solo albums under his own label. And, the most important, he doesn't have to pay for infinite ChD sessions
