This game looks great. Definitely will be my favorite Smash game by the looks of it. Disappointed that there’s really not many new stages.

They sound checked Jailbreak? Is there video? Great song, think it’d suit Axl’s voice pretty nice.

I'm pretty fucking bummed right now because of that abysmal nintendo presentation. Got to swallow the bitter pill and go on now. Fuck, and resident evil 2 remake was so damn cool. but again, I'm not going to buy a PS4 for one game and besides I can't miss portability anyway.

I don’t think it was bad particularly, it was okay overall and mostly underwhelming. The whole E3 this year was eh.

Thought Nintendo’s showing was okay. Smash looks great as always but no real surprises.

Not that it had a chance in hell of being played anyways but since the camp is aware of OMG being leaked, you can completely forget about it being played now since they wouldn’t want to give it more attention

It’d be interesting but it would literally never happen. And not in a pre 2015- “Slash and Axl will never happen” kind of way, in a logistically speaking sort of will never happening.

Anyone have an estimate on when these Axl vocals were recorded? Is it safe to assume around ‘99 with the rest of CD or was it 2006+?

I’d assume the band is somewhat aware of it, Fernando visits the boards sometimes. Axl is probably a little pissed realistically. Here’s hoping for a rant at tomorrow’s show 

Pretty similar to the original, but better. One thing I’ve always hated about either version is how low Axl is in the mix. That’s Axl Rose on backing vocals, not some awful soccer mom trying to sing! Turn it up!

This version > the original. Killer vocals.

It really doesn’t make sense why it’s consistently taken off YouTube. I understand the decision, but they are never going to release this, especially not in the year 2018 in the middle of a band reunion with an AFD reissue being released this year. I wish they’d just let it surface and live and let live.

Axl sounds really good in this show. Clean, but good. People forget that Appetite was mostly clean vocals. Don’t believe me? Go back and listen to it sometimes, take SCOM for instance. It’s a powerful rock voice but it’s not overflowing with rasp like his live performances did. 

Point is, Axl’s vocals during this show sound like studio quality. To me, he sounds that good. I actually love this balance of rasp and cleanness, 2001/2002 was an underrated year for him vocally. This lineup kicks ass, as well. Going back to what we have rn will be hard lol

I will say that this era (2001-2010) will forever be more interesting to me than the current era. I love the current era and instrumentally the band sounds better with Duff and Slash but you can’t deny that it’s become very, very predictable. Plus Axl was vocally slating it in 2009-2010.

No idea, but everyone in the industry talks about how amazing it is and how it’s comparable to November Rain. For Chinese fans that’s the ultimate wet dream for us, lol.

The Blues, to me, is so, so much better than the version we got on CD. It sounds more like GNR and the ending is awesome. I don’t know if I’ll ever be able to listen to that version again now lol.

I do prefer TWAT 2008 though. The Buckethead solo adds a lot to the song for me. Although I do enjoy the 1999-2001 unpolished more GNR like sound.

Man, almost everything Guns related that we’ve been hearing about for years has just been leaking recently. Crazy, crazy, crazy. 

Not asking for links, but can someone just confirm yes or no if there’s anymore of this pro shot that’s out?
