Every thread these days turns into the same old debate about how the Appetite 5 is better, or about Izzy vs. Fortus or such...like come on. People post legitimate conversation threads and it seems that every thread turns into this debate. The year isn’t 1986. Move on.

That setlist photo does make sense for a lineup with Izzy in mind. If a true photo, it aligns with Axl saying he originally didn’t even bother with the Chinese songs and that Duff and Slash did truly come to him offering to play the ones they liked. As the lineup progressed the Izzy songs were cut out and Slash and Duff’s acceptance of CD led to that setlist with Chinese songs thrown in. As the tour progressed Axl was very happy playing CD songs live and added more as it went on. 

There’s no reputable source saying Axl/Dc will actually have Duff on Bass, seems to be just a slightly educated guess from the insiders friend. Don’t think it’d happen.

I am glad there will most likely be a new Ac/Dc album with Axl on vocals. At this point Axl Dc > GN’R in terms of whom I’d like to hear new music from.

Gilby, Adler, Izzy were all asked and were offered a role of some sort in this tour. Also interesting that Matt was never asked. 

Also makes the 2016 Brazil interview with Axl and Duff very interesting when they were talking about Izzy. There must have been some very severe disagreements.

Here’s an interesting thought. There may have been a technical AFD5 reunion at that soundcheck if Steven was also there. No one just got to see it lol.

and to say i wanted to trade in the game at one point. when i first played this, i said screw the AI and i tried to complete the missions on my own. this was absolutely impossible and i saw no solution. next day, i activated my team AI and they act as cannon fodder. suddenly the game became playable, and most importantly: fun. think of a mix of mission impossible and goldeneye. so much diversity and creativity. it's like nintendo could have made the game. it's nothing like the generic military shooters like COD and battlefield. we were doing missions in a giant lab for example, with bottles as high as buildings.

this game is also very deep, there is endless replay value here.

the multiplayer is the most fun i have had playing a game online, ever. but the secret weapon is local wireless play. get some friends together and do these missions together in the same room. that's something, no other console allows you.

They should pay you to advertise games, you seriously just made me interested in buying it for my Switch lol

Arnold Classic is a huge yearly bodybuilding competition held here in ‘Merica. Led by Arnold Schwarzenegger. It’s been better for years than the biggest of the biggest competitions, the Mr. Olympia due to less politics and better judging.

It sounds good to my ears but hey, opinions are opinions.Vocally the thing is at least Axl sort of tried to sing it the way he did in the studio version back in ‘11, these days it’s 100% clean voice which ruins the whole song for me.

Plus the tempo is so damn speedy on the current version it takes all the emotional impact out of it for myself.

Boy will I ever get hate for this but I prefer the ‘11 version. Axl was so much better singing Estranged back then it’s not even funny. Also blasphemy of me but I never disliked Ron’s take on Estranged either. The synth additions on the ‘11 version also make it sound like an awesome orchestral badass version of one of my favorite ballads ever. Just my opinion, hope no one hates me over it lol

I liked legos as a kid but I just bring myself to spend money on it these days. I occasionally buy a 5 dollar mini piece I see at convenience stores or such just for a half hour of fun but there’s just not enough time for me with everything else going on

Sony didnt kill the Dreamcast, Sega did.

The Wii’s best ability is it’s a damn tootin emulator machine. That’s why I keep mine around for sure. Hate the console otherwise.

Typical ass answer but 100% Axl. His final smash would be “get the guy outta here” and jump into his opponents, he could do the snake dance as a taunt, etc.

Today's Pokémon bears little resemblance to the original Red and Blue that came out in the mid '90s. 

The concept remains the same, but I feel it continues to be pussified and watered down with each new release. 

I sincerely hope Game Freak caters to Pokémon's older fan base in the Switch release.

I’ve been playing the series since ~2004 and I think the visual/audio aspect of Sun and Moon is great in comparison to the old games. I have to invest more time in Sun/Moon before I have a definitive opinion but I still have enjoyed it. 

Finally getting around playing Pokémon Sun, Pokemon is sure different from than when I was a kid. So far pretty impressed but hate how the first hour of really any video game these days is pure tutorials. 

I feel bad for Dizzy he doesn’t deserve all the hate. Im not the biggest fan of the guy by any stretch but it’s not like he had done anything bad to the guns name. If anything he’s enhanced it.
