You jump to conclusions more than I do. I just think Axl won't release a Guns album that is not good enough or is not relevant to him as an artist anymore. You choose to believe he doesn't release anything cause he's not interested anymore.

Why would he also fuel expectations by teasing Chinese Democracy for a decade and also spend another 8 years teasing it's supposed sequels? Axl is a genius, truly a brilliant and talented man. But he has a problem where he simply can't release music. If it was a priority to him, we would've seen at least 4 or 5 albums by this point. You can argue he wants to take his time, but you cant argue that every day during 93-2000, 2003-2005, 2008-2009 and in 2015 he was working on new music. You can't. And especially not during 2011-2014.

Its not a priority to him. I'm not an Axl hater, I have supported all line ups bar the 09-14 line up and believe he is the greatest frontman of all time. But new music isn't something he does.

Wallace mixed 30 tunes. That is a fact. This means that there are at least 16 more unreleased tunes in Axl's hard drive. Believe what you want.

Come on man, no disrespect but even as someone who considers Dizzy and Fortus as legitimate band members there is not going to be a Chinese trilogy- that may have been the plan years ago, but Axl considers himself more of a performer at this point. I will admit ive posted in the past here about hints towards new music and tried to remain optimistic about it'a prospect but my feelings have shifted. Axl is comfortable with never releasing another song again in his life. Again, he's a performer. I love this version of Guns but there will probably not be an official, new Guns n' Roses song in this lifetime.

The vocals on "Street Of Dreams" most certainly do have auto - tune on the effects chain, if you doubt me listen to this video.

I'm on the fence on this one. Some parts you can make that argument but we also have to remember that the vocals in the specific video do just have effects from the artist isolating the vocal tracks. Any of you alumni or major CD fans on this forum have a definite answer?

Although, I do think a "Chinese Democracy" boxset would be interesting! I would love if they did something akin to the "Let It Be...Naked" project, some of the overdubs and mixing decisions on the released version of "Chinese Democracy" make me scratch my head sometimes. Why out of all the takes Axl must've done for the vocals of "Sorry" did he pick the take with the faux Jamaican accent? Why is there a random saloon piano in "Catcher in the Rye"? Why is there an audible bleep in "Chinese Democracy"? Why is there auto - tune on "Street Of Dreams"? I could go on and on, I love the album, it could be better though.

What bleep do you mean? I'm not denying but if someone can show me a Timecode with a video that would be great. As for Street of Dreams, I don't believe any auto tune was used. 

I'd take any sort of release from this band at this point. Even if it was just a 3 second track of Axl farting, at least it shows the band cares about the fans.

Considering how Axl sounds with AC/DC on the high notes due to his vocal training, bringing back this would kick ass. One of the more "illusion", hard rocker type songs on CD. I'd love to see what this version of GN'R would do to it.

To me, Bumblefoot's Don't Cry is beautiful. The best thing of the 2009-2014 band.

April 1st, 2016 was an amazing night. Everything about it, with the 24 hours before it's announcement the MyGNR CSI team working their asses off, the legit announcement, the sheer craziness and excitement on the board let alone the entire GNR fanbase. Then we started watching Fedes periscope stream, frantically screaming in excitement as we heard only the drum beats of songs..."is that Double Talking Jive" "Is that a new song holy shit- no, it's just a new intro to Better". As the few scarce insta photos came in, we saw the new 2016 Axl and my god...no hat...no sunglasses...no handlebar mustache! He has hair! Then the snippets of songs came rolling and and on Jungle Axl sounded great. It was an amazing night. Oh and of course...SLASH AND AXL (+Duff) ON THE SAME STAGE! "NOT IN THIS LIFETIME" MY ASS! Then all the reviews came in, and the cherry on top of the sundae was SHITMAN WAS OUT! Melissa Reese- no one saw a new keyboardist player or even a girl coming to GNR, but it happened.

The year has been great. Axl is at peace, he has his true band back, band gave it their all for 3 legs of a tour, steven Adler, SLASH and Duff on CD songs.

Now give us new music and 2017 will cement this as the greatest reunion of all time.

Are people legitimately excited for this? GNR is cursed for RIR, 2001, 2006, and especially 2011 were all pretty bad (2001 was still pretty cool but to the public was a disaster). Not to mention the cancelled 2010 date.

Where will the curse take us in 2017?

The studio and live versions from everything until '10 I enjoyed. The band currently just ruins this song for me personally now, the tempo is way too fast, Axl generally sings it a little too clean, he sings over the solo, whistle is wrong, etc. Not a favorite for me live anymore 

It may not be a physical book but if you want to read about Axl's dark years, read the Chinese Whispers. It's really fascinating in my opinion.

Even if Frank is an inferior drummer, I prefer him for the fact that he doesn't bitch about playing some of the greatest GNR songs and claiming to keep Guns together. What's next, Chris Pitman claiming he was the reason for the reunion?

Maybe here and there, but it really hasn't been much of an actual issue in years is my point. 

Axl hasn't been consistently late in close to 6 or 7 years. That insult is getting old.

They put these tickets on sale way too early, between April and July it was a matter of 3 months, this is up to 7 as others have stated. 

You must be new to GN'R...it's not "that" type of band
