Where are you guys watching? Can anybody post a link?

It's funny, listening to these unreleased Chinese-era songs, The General even more so, is the single biggest obsession of my life. I mean, I have plenty of hobbies, but this hits differently. Like, for example, I'm an MCU guy (of course some movies are much better than others lol), I get pretty hyped about some of their new releases, but, at the end of the day, there's 3, 4 new MCU movies, every year. It's not much of an event, really. Now, new GN'R material? There's no guarantee we'll ever get it. So, every tiny bit of hope, every different note they play at a soundcheck is enough to get my attention. It's pretty crazy if you think about it.

They should replace Patience with The General.

On an unrelated note, let's say that, hypothetically, one were to have its HD fried and that HD held a cellphone recording of the song The Marshall, from legendary band Swords N' Lilies and now said person can't find the recording online, nor the edit made by superfan Invader. Hypothetically, where one would find it again? Would someone Deploy More information to said person? Hypothetically speaking, of course.

Actually, thinking about it now, given Brain says on an interview that The General was named as is from the beginning, it probably is its own thing. Of course, it could have been known by multiple names. It's the same dude who named a song Leave Me Alone/Soul Monster/ Elvis & The Monster of Soul/ Me & My Elvis (allegedly), so, who knows lol

I mean if State of Grace and The General are the same song, it would make sense why it's on the setlist, given all the other songs that made it were leaked in 2019. It would need a big overhaul for SOG to fit what we heard of The General, but people have pointed out there's similarities between them.

What keeps me thinking is... why The General? Like, they're releasing the songs that leaked in 2019, except for that one. Is It because Axl knows it's the most fabled song, the holy grail for most of us? Is It because it's a really good? Or is it because it did leak in some shape or form in the locker demos? Is It a reworked State of Grace after all? It would have to be substantially rework to match de cellphone leak. Anyway if, we do get Perhaps and The General, I'd be pretty happy. To be honest, if we get officially released Perhaps, The General, Soul Monster and Seven, I'd be pretty much satisfied with the Chinese era. Anything else is just groovy.

Funny thing is, if there's no stream, someday it will be true and no one will believe it. lol
