Especially because this was Steven’s “moment “ , he had been waiting for over 25 years to play with his Bros again, it was a huge show early in the reunion and it was a surprise( he knocked it out of the park, and I was there) 🤟

Axl and the boys gave everyone there that night a special gift, I appreciate it ( no need to dissect it unless your starting shit )

Wow , people know how someone acts on a day to day routine from hearing them answer some questions in an interview? Also Steven has always been vocal and aggressive when he spoke or played with gnr, he’s a survivor , you don’t outgrow that , it becomes a part of you and who you are!

Adler was riding to the top like the rest of his brothers/ band mates , ‘they’ decided that he was a problem and ‘they’ stopped his career cold while they all enjoyed the stardom and fame, he could have had a huge career , but we will never know, no one can feel that kind of pain and abandon ment unless you go through that( so all the Adler haters on here “fuck right off” with all due respect

All the ‘die hard ‘ fans here are what brought this site and it’s greatness to even exist , and in those many years of waiting and hoping , we did not tear any member down ( especially for a disease that more than one original member has) so you can throw barbs at Steven but chances are you started liking this band because of axl or the original replacements, you weren’t Around when the fan base was phenomenal, you attack a founder you ain’t gonna skate without some pushback 

Yes crash diet would have been awesome mastered! And thanks Sosso( I was thinking that maybe this was Steven’s first time hearing it along with us and from the mastering some things gets smoothed out or tweaked( but If he doesn’t recognize his own beats I can’t call him a liar( paging Holmes and Watson , Holmes and Watson , never been bored with this great band 🤙🏼😎

To say Steven is out of ‘the loop ‘ with his old band is a huge understatement, it’s a nastered cleaned up version, he honestly may have never heard it before?

He’s on the liner notes(as the drummer) hard to believe they are gonna pay someone who did not play or write on the song a boat load of money, having said that , Steven might have been getting paid either way, so they might have thrown frank on there , but I think that would be illegal ( don’t know how royalties work)

I have a question, on the making of ‘don’t cry’ video they play a snippet of a version of ‘heartbreak hotel’ that sounded mastered, we got the bootleg song years later, is this the version (mastered ) from the making of video, if so that version sounded epic , and would be a great cover song for the radio?

The reason I thin that small snippet was mastered was because everything (drums especially) sounded real loud / clear and awesome

Heard it again today on way to work ( look older people/fans appreciate little stuff like this because it can and will lead to better things, I would say have some faith but it’s been such wide gaps in between music( but compare it to , let’s say poison, if they dusted off a 30 year old demo, do u think aaanny radio station would play lt? Let alone all over the world , only one band alive today can do that and you’re on their forum ! 

The real fans know how big this is, and it’s not just about a new / old single, This is the beginning, the die hards know this is epic and that’s all that matters
