Like @Lio said, Axl was at several soundchecks on the euro leg, also Bilbao, Munich and London (these are the ones i remember) so i also guess , his appearance at the soundcheck is unfortunately no indication for new music

i cant answer for izzy but from what i have read about how much he loves the stones i suppose he would tour with them for like 180 years before even remembering that he isnt fond of big tours

about the loot, i am sure he would do it even for free, given how much he loves those guys

(and of course izzy would never ask any loot to be split equally in a band where he didnt write any songs)

That i mentioned 4tus was a joke, yes!

For the rest of my post, this was'nt meant funny or something, i don't see Izzy touring with ANY big band, and IF, he would'nt do it for free only because of loving the band !

Izzy is a musician/songwriter/artist, call it what ever you like, but this is a JOB and what he does for living, why the hell should he do it for free?

But this is only MY opinion on this hypothetical fascinating what-if rock n roll conversation!

Slash and London had for sure done this jamming around a hundred times at home, so why should it not be sounding well !?

They are only spending some time together and clearly NOT rehearsing a new GnR song, while people queuing up outside the stadium !

This show is especially painful because my in-laws live near Harrisburg.  I should have planned a visit and acted surprised that GNR happens to be playing nearby.

The louisville show is in november, right?enough time to plan the visit, or is the show sold out allready - if you can get tickets, do it ! You'll regret it if not, i allready regret that i've done "only" 3 shows over here on the euro-leg

You are not the only one, same here, i can't believe that my last show was "only" 5 weeks ago, feels like 5 month on every single showday i recognize how bad i want to see them again !

If I had to say who I thought the best singers were, I’d say first that I don’t know there’s a definitive answer as in my opinion it’s subjective, and second that my focus is primarily rock singers.

That said, I enjoy Freddie Mercury, Elvis Presley, Paul McCartney, Dan McCafferty, Janice Joplin, Michael Jackson, Elton John, Roger Daltrey, Don Henley, Jeff Lynne, Johnny Cash, Frank Sinatra, Jimmy Scott, Etta James, Fiona Apple, Chrissie Hynde, Stevie Wonder, James Brown and a ton of others (predominantly 70’s rock singers) and would rather hear ANY of them anytime rather than me!
