Thanks for the upload zint. I have the first clip on video tape but never seen the other two.

I'll have to e-mailed the links to my brothers. I think they'll be interested in seeing that considering they were there.

:rofl-lol: No they didn't. They didn't do any damage or any kind of trouble, they just left right after the rioting started.

Why did he not show, Alice would be the last person I'd expect to pull that

The first video has audio of Alice speaking about it. I can't remember the term he used, but it seems he had something like an asthma attack (something which he hadn't suffered since he was 6 years old - if I remember correctly). He said before it happened he was ready to go on stage, but because of it he was unable to walk, so the concert had to be canceled.

I just noticed that they mentioned that there were two other Toronto rock riots that year.

I know one of them was Teenage Head at Ontario Place (they oversold the tickets and people went fucking ballistic!).

...racking my brain trying to remember who/what venue the other riot was

Becket...ask your brothers!! :tongue2:

I'll do that. I'll send my bro in Toronto an e-mail. I'll let you know as soon as I hear back from him.

HAHA!...yes!!...that's it!

(didn't notice the post before..) :tongue2:

Yeah...that was another Ontario Place show I do believe.

The thing was...(if I remember correctly) nothing really happened at the show to cause it.

People just got rowdy when they were leaving the show, and things quickly got out of hand and soon mayhem ensued everywhere!

Thanks for the info man!! :shades:

If anybody's interested someone has been kind enough to upload a ton of old Alice shows on mininova. Some are soundboards. I'm in the process of downloading a soundboard from Glasgow, the last show of the Special Forces tour.
