They're probably my favorite band at the moment... theyre just awesome! they kinda sound like early 70s alice cooper meets 1986 guns n roses meets generation swine era motley crue, IMO. and they look like it too.

anyone else heard of em, or like em?

if not i suggest you listen to "Dont Give A Damn" from the lit up let down album, its such an awesome song!

I saw these guys a couple years back on the Bam Margera tour that was going around headlined by GWAR. I'll give them credit because I really enjoyed their music, but was turned off by the whole look. I kinda detest the whole throwback/retro stylings in this day and age when it comes to music. It's sorta like these artists are up there in costume and attempting to mimic something that once was, rather than do something original. I mean, God bless them/anyone else doing it too, I guess, but personally I'm not a fan of that sorta thing. Great music though, Veins of Jenna.

look doesnt really matter, the music is what got me into them, i dont really care if they try to look like motley crue, or gnr, or whatever.

They are Swedish, aren't they?

If they are who I think they are, I don't like them. Don't remember how they sounded, but I remember that I didn't like them.

alot of bands from sweeden are rocking the whole 80's metal look. for example, Crashideit and hardcore superstar.

I saw these guys on the 2007 Poison tour. They were okay.

My first thought was "This says it all" but then I thought of AIC and decided it would be best to not say that per se.

?

Assuming he was referring that Alice In Chains once were on a poison tour? I have no idea if that's true, but that's what I took from it.

"Early in 1990, the label released the We Die Young EP as a promotional device and the song became a hit on metal radio, setting the stage for the summer release of the group's debut, Facelift. Alice in Chains supported the album by opening for Van Halen, Poison, and Iggy Pop, and it became a hit, going gold by the end of the year. As the band prepared their second album, they released the largely acoustic EP Sap in 1991 to strong reviews."
