I rocked up to the D pit half way through the deftones set and hung back till they finished before walking straight to the barricade. Then having to listen to Birds Of Tokyo , John Butler and Iggy Pop while waiting. But be prepared for a brutal mosh. Getting to the front is worth it at all costs. In hindsight I wish I was closer to Rammstein, I was quite far back because I was on the Tool side of the D but I got a nice view of Rammstein's show. KNIVES!I would say 4pm would be a safe bet to get center stage, I rocked up at about 430pm, ended up basically in the middle of the barricade next to some bogan chick that had been there since midday (waited 7 and a half hours to see them), 2 mins into steins set she passed out from the moshing ....
