After the show didn't happen in Costa Rica on the 9th, I took GNR fans

in the hotel with me to a remote spot outside and gave them a good

2-hour-ish personal acoustic show, with their wonderful help on vocals,

acoustic bass, and a guitar for me to use. Had to make music that

night, I wish it could have been as it should ha...ve been, but at least

tried to bring smiles to the group that was there, as they did for me

That's a HUGE shame for all you Costa Ricans

I was in San Jose last year and travelled around this area and I love Costa Rica! I wear the national futbol shirt every week when I play!

I haven't read too much about the cancellation but I hope they reschedule something soon.

wow...i just dont even know hat to say about this guy, other than he is fuckin awesome

Ok he is my story i'm onw of the guys in the picture. I was really depressed that the concert was cancelled, i live like 2 kms from the Marriot Hotel, i decided to go there to see if at least i could meet the band, and at 3:00 pm i went to the hotel. I was there from 3:00 to 10:00 pm, i met everyone but Axl , the band was really sad that the concert got cancelled, i asked DJ if they were working on a new album and he said that he is always writing and that indeed they are working on it, that was cool to hear. Then later at night i met Ron, there were very few fans, life 5 or 6 fans, he said that he was very sorry what happened to the concert, then i asked him to play an acoustic show for us, he went to eat something, i was at the same restaurant with the whole band, i also met Jarmo and i must say that he is a really cool guy, not what people thinks of him. Then Ron came to my table and said that he was going to get his guitar.

When we were going up the stairs to the lobby and told him that i wanted to go to El Salvador show and he gave me a free ticket and a backstage pass, how amazing is that? out of this world, well i couldn't make it to El Salvador, sad.

Ok then we took some pics with Ron and we werer looking for a spot to play the acoustic show. He took us to his hotel room, that was unbelievable, i was the one that told him what songs to play, kinda like he gave me the leadership because it was my idea to do the acoustic show.

Then we went at the parking lot and more people came, the ones that are in the picture, and kept playing till 9:00.

Thank you Ron, you are the greatest person alive, an example, you are humble, down to earth so talented. I love you my friend.
