A. This is 2010. Guns N' Roses refers to a band that is currently out on tour.

B. There are mulitple sections for past lineups/members, so it doesn't take a genius to figure out that this section is about Guns N Roses in the present day.

Of course you'll see Brain and Bucket's names in the General thread. The main focus of the General thread is a song recorded by the post-1994 lineup that has yet to be released. Since there's no "future GNR" section, it goes in here. People are just speculating on who could be on the track. Hell, if you want to go and post about how you think Slash is featured on The General, go right ahead.
