Cigarettes also affect your fitness, it causes lots of different lung diseases and it also affect people around you that will breath in the smoke, while the snus doesn't affect anyone but the user. I drink but not a lot (like once a week if that, usually when i make a you tube video). never done pot or anything else. However I take prework out and i'm sure that's not good for me.
