You take the hits from each album making a "best of".As far as I know New GN'R has only released one album, and maybe they release another in the future. Still not enough for a "best of". Like chronological singles.It's So Easy and Nightrain were singles. I had Nightrain 7" but it's not on the GH.Live era was a Best of supposedly.
