dalsh327 Posted May 7, 2014 Share Posted May 7, 2014 (edited) I'm almost done with Paul's book, the stuff about GNR was pretty amusing. It came across that he underestimated the band. He also said it was the last time he "ever" talked to Axl, but I don't know if that includes when Axl went to the KISS concert. He also called Gene out on a lot of bullshit, and it really is remarkable how he kept the band going as long as he did. He also made it known KISS can go on without him, which is what Gene had also said. Maybe Ashba, Bumblefoot and 4tus can compete for the "Ace" gig when Gene and Paul step down.In the back, it was mentioned he collaborated with the same guy who helped Duff out with his book.
