They check you as you go in, but as far as I'm aware that's just for video cameras.If you're camping you're allowed to take in anyfood you want, most people bring disposable BBQ's and BBQ food with them.I'm not sure about Cans, try to take them in, or ask for help at the downloadfestival.co.uk forums.I know there is some sort of regulation about alcohol, but I can't remember what. again check the download forums for information.Last year, for the Saturday. I took £160.That covered Getting a shirt for my Dad (£20)Getting an Ozzfest shirt for me (£20)Getting an Anthrax shirt for me (£18)Getting a Velvet Revolver shirt ofr me (£18)and also getting 3 drinks and a burger.
