Alan Niveen
It would be suicidal to change the name. Everybody is waiting for Chinese Democracy, not something else.
ozzy37
SOMETHING SOUP STARTS NOW!!!!!!!!!!!! (it coulda been cock a roach soup? is that what your friend said cause that was a mentioned track i believe)hahaha too funny
Tase
I doubt they will change the name and if they do it is a mistake. Old Guns N' Roses albums have never had the name of the album from a song title so why do it now?ur saying it like its a gnr tradition not to have the name of the album the same with the name of the songit can happen ! some other rumoured title (a while back ) was GNR Bipolar i dont belive they will change the name anyways ! i love the name Chinese Democracy ! Felicio
Again,It wouldn't be the first time a band didn't have the title track featured on the album. The Doors put out an album intitled Waiting For The Sun,the title track was on a different album.Queen did it with "Sheer Heart Attack" as well. off_the_track
I like CD - but someone made the point elsewhere that the name may be changed as it's associated by the media with the last not-so-successful tour which GNR are not going to want people to be thinking about too much right now. Maybe a new name for a new beginning??
TexanStorm
Chinese Democracy is the best name outta any of the names mentioned. And I dont think anyone really cares if the song and cd are both called that or just 1 outta the 2. All we want is an album of good music from the man himself so either way we shouldnt give a toss, just take whatever we end up getting given... Spoon87
I hope they stick with "Chinese Democracy", that's a really mighty name. I like it.
Alan Niveen
If Axl has changed the title of the album, no Axlite should whine... Ain't it cool to "move on" and forget about the past ?!
ChineseDemocracy2004
Cockaroach Soup sounds like a Papa Roach album.2000 Intentions sounds like a sequel to Cruel Intentions.Chinese Democracy is solid, and the title itself - and its implications - just fit the entire history of this album.Reverting to some piece of crap title at this point would be a mistake IMO.I second that...renaming cd would be bad imo
