Ringo
Roger Daltrey, a rare example of the band being praised more than the frontman.ya even though he didnt write alot of the songs his voice is amazing and the who would not be the who without him. listen to Love Reign O'er Me to see wat mean another one is Jack Bruce. he kicks ass on bass and people always look at clapton but jack is amazing toand John Paul Jones (i might have said him already ) but ya hes an awsome mandolin and keyboardist not just a good bassist. and people forget that he did alot of the song writing in the later days when jimmy was shootin up and bonzo was drinking up

Dead Flower
How about 'Big' Jim Martin of Faith No More. He started the band, he's a great guitarist, and he was the one that convinced Mike Patton to join the group.Unfortunately, he eventually grew disenchanted with Patton's influence and actually only played in one song (Jizzlobber, which is awesome) on Angel Dust. He quit the band and became ... a pumpkin farmer!
