There have been a number who would have been better off if they hadn't found success in music but for some it was a saving grace. Axl certainly falls in the latter. Seeing that Axl had dropped out of high school and was a bit off balance I don't think the prospects would have been good if he had failed in the music business. I read somewhere that he had to leave town as he was in so much trouble the authourities were looking at sending him down, looking back it's probably not something he regrets since things have gone so well since! He didn´t finish it but he´s known to be a very intelligent person and he´s also know to read a lot. I don´t remember where I read this but I read that his intelligence level was superior to the average according to those intelligence tests that are made to the students in some schools.
