Eddie Van Halen says it's up to Dave

I listened to the rock report on the radio today...they did a story on Van Halen.

Eddie has done an interview saying he IS willing to go ahead with a reunion...but it's down to Dave to make it happen.If Dave gets in touch and wants it to happen,that's all it will take.

And he confirmed it will be Wolfgang on bass...he said Wolfgang has only been playing bass for THREE MONTHS but he's a natural.

A 15 year old playing bass for 3 months??

Shit...I wanna see this tour just for THAT alone!

So Eddie HAS said he's willing to tour with Dave!!

This has the potential to be the must see tour of 07.

At least he finally said something positive about Diamond Dave(even though it was kind of a challenge). Dave won't pass on this opportunity. I still feel bad for Mike, but thats the way it goes. I guess I'll have to shell out another $150 bucks to see them this summer, I'll have a good time, the setlist will be from 78-84, that will be worth it.

When I saw them on tour Wolfgang was pretty amazing on guitar, so im sure he can handle bass.

I'd definitely check it out.

I've seen Van Halen play live with both Diamond Dave on lead and later with Sammy Hagar on lead. And I have to admit I preferred Dave - as arrogant and self-centered as he is. lol.

EVH needs money or something. I'd give this tour about 3 weeks tops before it implodes ala Sammy N Dave a few years ago.
