In previous show pics, his hair always looked kinda raggedy and overly wavy. Now it looks a little more straight. Maybe you need to refresh your memory and post the pics for comparison. His hair shafts are so thin, that he would have needed many thousands of hair grafts to have any sort of coverage, and that much donor hair simply doesn't exist to do two "procedures". Hair transplants don't work out well if you plan on growing your hair long. No transplanted hair could support braids like that.
