Guys, what does but your flaps are wearing thin mean? You know, in the rant part in You Could Be Mine.

While you're breaking down my back

I been rackin out my brain

It don't matter how we make it

cause it always ends the same

you can push it for more mileafe

but your flaps are wearin thin

and I could sleep on it til mornin

but this nightmare never ends

Looked up the word flap, but I don't find anything that would explain what it means there. Thanks.

"You can push it for more mileage but your flaps are wearing thin..." It's a reference to the mud flaps on the back of a big truck. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mudflap

He could be using the entire sentence I've quoted as a veiled reference to a vagina and the lips wearing thin on it, as mentioned above, but it directly refers to mud flaps wearing thin on a truck with high mileage.

(I always just took it to mean the entire situation, and the person dragging it out...you can try to get more out of it, but it's reaching the end quickly.)

Flaps is referring to tires. So the "you can push it for more mileage but your flaps (tires) are wearing thin" is probably a metaphor for her innocence is running out or his patience for her doing him wrong is running out.
